Disgusted 5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. 5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. I called at 5:44pm to let them know I was running 10 min late. When I arrive no one greets me I’m walking around there are no customers. I had to ask someone where Mr. Lopez was and I was told he left. The gentleman named Frank called him and no answer. Mr. Lopez called him back and he said he left because he wasn’t feeling well. He also never let anyone know I was coming so they could help me. I asked who the manager was so I could complain....the manager is Matthew Lopez. Disgusted More

Superb customer service Excellent service. I found a replacement ford services center that is excellent in great neck to replace Di Blasi Ford that went out of business in Fl Excellent service. Tower Ford besides being in a great location two blocks from the great neck LIRR station and bus hub they had provided superb service for my 2011 edge sport. Oil change and multi point inspection I have purchased cars previously to this one from Tower Ford. This was the first visit for this car. Service was efficient and done in a timely mann I have purchased cars previously to this one from Tower Ford. This was the first visit for this car. Service was efficient and done in a timely manner. Tower has streamlined the process and this adds to the ease of waiting for the service to be completed. I have always been pleased with how the Service Dept manages servicing of the car. The addition of free oil changes and messaging of progress are nice new additions. More

Friendly service I contacted Tower after receiving a letter about an air bag recall and repair. I was told on the phone the new airbags would be installed in 90 minut I contacted Tower after receiving a letter about an air bag recall and repair. I was told on the phone the new airbags would be installed in 90 minutes. When I brought my car into the shop, I was then told it would take 4-5 hrs. Later I was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day due to a missized airbag. Other than this misinformation, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. They set me up with a free rental car so I could drive home and had my car ready around the promised time the next day. More
