Sorry for the title but it's true. We came to the dealership prepared to get the car we want, until we spoke to the finance and gave us headache. The GSM spoke to us and made the deal acceptable. Please get down to business if you know that the customer has good credit score and ready to purchase a car. Give them the BEST deal and interest that they can get to avoid losing a customer.
JUAREZ, the salesman is EXCELLENT and no BS! He is HONEST and not pushy! I recommend him but be ready when you speak to Finance. Take tylenol prior speaking to the finance. In all fairness, I know it is their job, but if you know that the customer really wants the car, don't BS them! Give them the rate and direct to the point, not getting your manager and have another discussion! It's a HEADACHE and a WASTE of time! And also let the customer know that they are being recorded in the finance room as courtesy.
