I had a horrible experience with my advisor Alberto Vazquez. On two occasions did he not mean what he said. When we first brought in my ford truck he stated it would only take no more than two days to Vazquez. On two occasions did he not mean what he said. When we first brought in my ford truck he stated it would only take no more than two days to do a diagnostic, which ended up taking a whole week just to do that. Secondly when I brought it back for the repair, he stated I would be have it back that same day since it was a simple one day repair. Which it was fixed within the day but I was in fact unable to take home that same day as he had specified. Since he had not been fully transparent with me about the whole situation of payment. Lastly I myself had to call the insurance to figure out why payment had not been issued to the dealership. Which they stated they had reached back out to him but he had never gotten back to them until I had to call him and tell him what documentation there were still needing. In general it was a horrible experience and I will not be going back or be recommending it to anyone of my friends or family. More

We went in looking at a truck I was really interested in. Blake was really informative and communicated well as we live 2 hours away in East Texas.
