The process was pretty easy for the most part and I had a easy time finding the car that fit me the best. My credit and pricing was the biggest problem but everything else was smooth.

My Review of Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
I purchased a Patriot from this Town and Country in 2009 and had a great experience. I have had all maintenance done by Town and Country since then, and have been more than happy. When I decided I was interested in trading in my Patriot there was no question in my mind where to go.

I first met with Richard Mosher. Richard gathered my initial information so far as what I was interested in. He was kind and did not pressure me, and was easy to work with. He followed up with me later in the day letting me know he felt he could get me into the car I wanted for the price I proposed. He then transitioned me over to work with Rob Christman in Sales.

Rob worked with the information that I had given Richard and he got me into the exact car that I wanted without negotiation from my initial offer-which was awesome! Not only did he listen to what I wanted but he went the extra mile to find the car I wanted in the color i wanted which meant having to located it and have it send from another dealer. He loaned me a brand new car to drive while i waited a few days for my new car to arrive. When my car arrived he called and I literally spent an hour in the dealership. Rob had me take the new car for a test drive to make sure it was just right and then he took extra time with me to set my iphone up with the blue tooth in the car as well as showing me how to work all the special features included. I then met with finance and they had the exact financing I had requested all ready to sign. I was impressed and amazed that they had included the longer term warrantee and maintenance specials that I had on my previous jeep, as well as the blue tooth in the new car within the price I requested- as extras!

My sales man Rob was low key, he respected my requests and financial offer without negotiating. He listened to what I wanted-and he made it happen. I never felt stressed working with him, it was an easy, and a fun experience. I will enthusiastically send my friends, colleagues, and family to Rob when they are ready to buy a new car.

I have been working with Town and Country for purchasing and maintenance for three years now and just as with all previous interactions I literally could not have had a better experience in buying this new car. I will call Rob without hesitation when I am ready for a new car, and although already a loyal customer the awesome job that Rob did with this purchase has solidified my commitment to being a lifelong customer at Town and Country.

My Review of Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
The sales team of Deny and Chris were professional, friendly and helpful. I also had a positive experience working with the management and finance team of Trevor, Melvin and Andrew. Though we had to work through some negotiations, I was happy with the results, overall deal and am very happy with the vehicle. I would recommend the dealership and the particular employees mentioned above.

My Review of Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
I had a great experience at the Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership, due to the friendly salesmen and environment. We were not attacked as we approached the lot, and were given ample time to look at vehicles before being approached.
In all the time I spent looking at other dealerships, this was the first place were I felt my needs were the priority and the sales team was actually looking for a car that suited what I was looking for, not what they wanted to get off the lot.
My salesman Deny spent all afternoon letting us test drive cars and look at anything we were interested in, without being pushy. I felt I had the time and space to look at and consider anything I was interested in.
Deny was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, and overall seemed genuinely interested in getting me a car that would work best for me, above all else.
This was by far my best experience at any car dealership in Seattle, and I would undoubtedly refer a friend or family member. Thanks!

I set up an appointment to look at a pre-owned vehicle over the internet. Chris was on time and had the vehicle ready to go. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and other models as well. I was out the door in under 2 hours with the vehicle I was interested in. Chris and the other employees made the experience easy and quick. They were trustworthy and I would buy another vehicle from them.

My Review of Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
Wow! What can I say? First off Deny sends us emails and photos of 4 fabulous cars we were looking at, told us to take pictures of my Sebring that I was trading in and then set up an appointment for us for the next day to come see the Chrysler 200 that we were interested in. We arrived on Wednesday to a beautiful Black Chrysler 200 with my Aloette license plates (my company name) printed on the license plate cover, talk about salesmanship!!!

Chris met us with the keys and we took a great test drive with both my husband myself driving the car and loving the feel, the quietness and the smell of a new car!

After some discussion we traded in two cars (we are downsizing as our kids are moving on) and purchased our dream car - convertible hardtop 2011 for a great price and Andrew the finance guy put together a great deal for us and then Deny spent an hour with us explaining how all the massive computers worked in the car, all the buttons and whistles on the car - Wow so much to learn, they even parked the car inside the dealership to let us drive off into the sunset!!

All in all, Deny, Chris, Andrew and the team at Town and Country Chryslerm Jeep and Dodge were wonderful to work with!! We highly recommend this dealership!!!

Drove 80 miles to purchase Challenger. Did all my purchase work online with Deny so I wouldnt have to play games with price. Was in and out in no time. I even test drove the Challenger threw the mean streets of Seattle and lived !!!!!!!
