Thought I'd sneak in and take in the lot before they opened, and some Hendrick Team Members come in early and ready to work! Cody took his time, was not pushy, and politely answered the thousands of questions we asked. We met the manager on duty, and of course the finance specialist. Everyone was extremely polite, professional, and very personable. This is my first Toyota, but I left feeling like I was part of a family and happy with my new truck! I'm sure everyone there is awesome, but really encourage you to go see Cody, and tell him Tim sent you :-). More

Great service rep upon arrival with Isaiah at 7:00am! 150K service on my 2016 Toyota Sequoia. Multi point inspection found a leaking top radiator hose. Accepted the repair and was out of dealership with 150K service on my 2016 Toyota Sequoia. Multi point inspection found a leaking top radiator hose. Accepted the repair and was out of dealership with all services preformed from oil & filter, new wiper blades,tire rotation, radiator flush and fluids topped, and air conditioning and evaporator coil and cabin filter replaced in a timely fashion. Only 30” over the promised timeframe of 2 hours. Not sure if the Indy pit crew was helping, but was very pleased to say the least. As a side note, their newly renovated and expanded Service facility is over the top. Having been and toured a NASCAR service and race car motor build facility in Mooresville,NC , there is no 15 second rule not to eat your sandwich for lunch if you should drop it on the floor! Beautiful brick and floor finish at this Hendrick Dealership as are all the waiting facilities and clean bathrooms! Take your car and your kids!
