My Review of Toyota Center:
Toyota Center employees were extremely friendly and accomodating. We appreciate their service. We purchased our car at the close of business on a Saturday. They were willing to stay as long as necessary to be sure we were satisfied. I brought the car back today to go over the details of the operations and have it detailed. They were just as accomdating today as they were last week.

My Review of Toyota Center:
We highly recommend Matt Baker. He is enthusiastic, and educated on the product he is selling. He is NOT pushy (a pushy salesman is a huge turn off to anyone looking to buy a car). Matt is friendly in a most sincere way, and combines that with professionalism to achieve just the right balance. Have to mention, also, that his sincere attitude continues AFTER THE SALE, which is MOST IMPORTANT.

Buying a car can be a stressful, tense, uncomfortable experience, but we have to HONESTLY say we highly recommend Toyota Center and Matt Baker.

First meeting nice. Both Matt and Steve patiently answered questions and Steve spent a couple of hours locating the automobile we wanted. Both men followed up as they said they would.

We will not get our vehicle until upgrades are completed, so we cannot personally answer any other questions, but do not expect to have any problems as we have not encounterd any so far

My Review of Toyota Center:
The overall car buying experience was great. Mike was great and treated me well. This was the second vehicle I purchased from Toyota Center and with a purchase experience like that, I would come back, AND recommend it to someone else. What I do want to comment on is the work on the "we owe." Mike contacted me and stated the parts that needed to be added were in and we set up and appointment. I was told it would take approximately 1.5 hours. I took the car and and waited with my family in the waiting room. What was supposed to be a 1.5 hour job turned into a nearly 3 hour job. All I had done was a cargo net put in in the trunk, an wind deflector on the moon roof, and pin striping. 3 HOURS?!? That is UNSATISFACTORY!!! I was never even updated on the delay. When I was inquired about the lateness I was told that they ran out of the pin striping and was going to get some. So, my car sat there because someone there didn't properly plan. My time is valuable. If someone tells me 1.5 hours, I expect 1.5 hours. And if something happens, I expect them to come to me.

My Review of Toyota Center:
Making an internet purchase from 800+ miles away required my trust in the Toyota Center staff, honest communciation and effective follow-through on the promises made.

I'm very pleased to say each staff member I came in contact with was flawless:

< the car condition was exactly as described in its' Internet Posting.
< all phone communications to close the sale were friendly, couterous, detailed, professional and supportive. Internet Sales Rep Mile Clamp was a pleasure to deal with returning multiple email and phone call replies with any and all details requested.
< the Internet Sale obtained was a great value.
< Mike Clamp, Travis Thompson and Ricky Ragins worked as a superlative team and made it a seemless event.
< I was picked up at the airport upon arrival into Columbia, SC, inspected the car, completed the paperwork and on the road to transport the car home in :90 minutes.

My Review of Toyota Center:
This was the second new car that I have purchased. The first vehicle that i purchased was from a diferent car company all together, but will get to that story later. I visited the Toyota Center just to look around and get some ideas about the new Corolla. I've got to say that the inventory was fantastic at the Toyota Center. They carried the exact vehicle that my wife and I were looking for. The greatest experience that we ever had was with the salesman Mike Clamp who was so very knowledgable, kind, friendly, courtous, patient, and down to earth as i've ever witnessed in my life time of bussines. I also recieved wonderful treatment from the store manager and Internet director. These guys are true professionals and down to earth bussinesmen who know how to treat customers and draw in not only ourselves but any other recommendation that i will make. This sales team shown me that they truely want to bend over backwards to make there customers very happy and i just wanted to tell each of them thank you. This has truely been a great experience and one that has earned a life long customer. I don't want to slander anyones name so i will not mention the exact dealership but my first experience buying a car was a complete disaster almost causing me to never buy a new vehicle again. Thank You Toyota Center for restoring my confidence; I just can't see buying from anyone else again.

My search was long and thorough. I visited dealerships all over my state. Of the ones that I visited, I liked the people at Toyota Center the best. They were laid-back--not pushy at all. They were very up-front with information--there was no beating around the bush or attempts to conceal crucial information until last minute. They worked with my needs.

Matt was very pleasant to work with. He was patient and cheerful at all times. I was very happy with the entire process.
The negotiation process wasn't even that bad!!
Matt gave very good information about alternatives and the pros and cons of those alternatives.

When we first went to Toyota Center, we could feel they are a family (maybe that's why it's called a family store :)). Bob provided us a very excellent service: show the car, test drive, explain everything... Matt also helped us a lot! My wife and I were happy to have a conversation with them and purchased our first Toyota from Toyota Center. It is a real Toyota CENTER! Highly recommend!

I came into the dealership with hopes that I could take a bad situation and turn it into something positive. I prayed that God would perform His will and if it were possible for me to do something, He would work. The rest is history. Many thanks to Tim and John for all their hard work and effort. Even though I will have a payment for sometime, God provides and the Prius was a wonderful suprise. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience and I will pass along to all...
