My Review of Toyota/Lexus of Melbourne - Auto USA:
2007 ES350 stereo takes about a minute for each CD to eject. This on the heels of a sunroof coming off the track and a grill that fell off. I was told several weeks ago that the stereo would be replaced upon receiving replacement. Three weeks later the service consultant won't return calls or emails about this.

I have serviced both my '05 RX330 and my '02 ES330 since 2002. I purchased both of these vehicles from this dealership. I drive from Orlando for the short services and I am always given a loaner Lexus. For the major services, 30K, 60K, etc. They will send someone to pick up my car and leave me with a loaner. Services are done very well and the car is always washed after the service. If they find an unexpected problem, not covered by warranty they will always contact me, explain what is wrong and the cost associated with the repair. They promised "tires for life" if the car is serviced by them. They put new Michelin tires on my ES300 at both 25K and 50K and I paid only for mounting and balancing. The RX will be going in for a 30K service and will be ready for new tires. I have and will continue to recommend this dealer to my friends.

My Review of Toyota/Lexus of Melbourne - Auto USA:
I thought I got a reasonably good deal on a pre-owned Lexus SUV, but found our later it wasn't so good. Spent many hours going between alot of different negotiaters--too much time spent on this. When taking my vehicle in to have them fix some of the things they originally said they would fix, they would not fix them without me having to pay for them. My car still has a whisling sound when I drive over 55 mph. Overall, I felt like they did not hold up to their promises on what they would take care of and I am ready to trade this vehicle in and I'm planning on heading to Orlando or West Palm for my next purchase.
