My Review of Toyota Mall of Georgia:
I came here to buy a car after my car had reached the end of its life. After shopping at another dealership, I found myself fed up with the entire process and decided to give Toyota Mall of Georgia a shot. As soon as I got there, I was able to meet with the person I spoke to on the phone. He had already pulled the car that I was interested in looking in and immediately allowed me to take it on a test drive. After deciding that I wanted to get that car, we spent approximately an hour negotiating price. I then met with the finance specialist who managed to find monthly payments that met my needs. Over the course of a weekend, I was able to purchase a 2008 Toyota Prius to fit my needs at a relatively good price.

I asked them to include floor mats and XM radio, to which they agreed. The parts department was closed over the weekend, so they are making sure that those items are mailed to me. Finally, after driving away, I found a crack in the windshield. Knowing that I had already signed the forms and basically had the car, problems and all, I wasn't expecting any sort of help from the dealership. However, after talking to the salesman who sold me the car, I was told that the windshield would be replaced for me, for free. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I will definately be back for the next time that I need to buy another car!

If you've never been to Toyota Mall of Georgia. GO! These guys blew me away with the way they treated each of their customers. And not just me, I took my whole family and we were all treated with patience and respect. It made picking out a car fun. We got to drive all the cars we wanted without any hassel or pressure. The salesman was polite and knew just about EVERYTHING when it comes to Toyota's. All our questions were answered so we felt right buying the car at the right time. An plus we got an great deal that other dealers tried to beat but couldn't I highly recommend Toyota Mall of Georgia.

This is a great place to do business. Two thumbs up. I had a great experience.
I hadn't bought a car in a long time and I was skeptical about buying a car from a dealership but I heard many great things about this one so I decided I would give it a try. They treated me great from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I drove away with my new car. They gave me an awesome deal and I will definitely go again to by my next car there. I recommend it to everyone!! Thanks Toyota Mall of Georgia.

This was an internet transaction and was handled very professionally by Wade in sales and Cindy in finance. No pressure, they provided good options, and offered good counsel and advice. I had heard good things about this dealership and was pleased that they lived up to their reputation.

Great service. Honest People.

You rarely come across good ol' honest people these day; especially car salesmen. But....
I purchased a car from the internet department, and my experience was great. I test drove several cars no problem. Everyone was patient and I just felt like a client for life.
Highly recommend this dealership over all the others.
By the way, I GOT A GREAT DEAL!

I am disgusted witht he dealership at the moment - after paying 599.00 for their processing fee, it is almost one month and I have not recewived my paperwork - I called there yesterday and was told that they were waiting for the title from a bank - If I had not called, I would still be waiting - the girl is suppose to check up on it and call me back - so far I'm still waiting.

Anothre really bad thing is that I had to put out 275.00 for a key and was told that I would be reimbursed - it's been almost 4 weeks and there has been no sign of the money coming back to me - I am really mad at this point. The girl is also suppose to check on this.

I have written emails and no one seems to answer them as well..

Friendly, professional service carried out in a reasonable amount of time despite extremely busy volume. These folks are good to do business with.
When we first moved to The Atlanta area, we shopped this dealership for my wife's new car. The sales staff was excellent without the blatant high pressure tactics.
Our cars have always been serviced there and we feel there is added value in having a delership familliar with the particular wear paterens each commute inflicts.

My Review of Toyota Mall of Georgia:
I purchased my vehicle from Toyota Mall of Georgia in 2001. At the time, they were new and had a great attitude towards their customers. They were also very reasonable and honest. They were purchased by another company a few years ago, and they are now the lowest of the low. They are extremely dishonest, disrespectful, arrogant, and blatantly try to take advantage of people. I recently experienced a transmission problem with my vehicle I purchased there in 2001 and took my car to the dealership's service department because I was in the area and was afraid the car was going to stall in traffic. I was already leary of going there because I had previously experienced their bad attitude and dishonesty, but I did anyway. I soon regretted it!! After spending 20 minutes looking at my car, Tim LLoyd, the service technician told me I needed to pay $4700 for a REBUILT transmission from Toyota!!! My car isn't even worth that much to begin with!! The next day, I made some calls and found a reliable shop nearby who towed my car for FREE from Toyota Mall of GA and rebuilt my transmission for less than HALF what Toyota Mall of GA wanted me to pay!!! When I spoke to the Service Manager at Toyota MOG and told him how disappointed I was in the dishonesty and lack of integrity of his department I told him that because of my treatment, I would not be returning to his establishment. His response? "Good"!! Unbelievable... DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU TOO!!!

One of the worst dealers here in Atlanta. Bait and switch. Will not deal on phone or online. After i said i will not be coming in without a competitive quote, they sent a very nice price quote. When i reached there, the car was sold!!! Same old useless dealer tactics. Also, when i asked for the price of a car i liked, the salesman pointed to the sticker and said that is the only price they will sell for.
To and fro between salesmen and managers takes too much of time. Spent 3 hours uselessly when i was ready to buy. Did not buy from there and never will..
