My Review of Toyota North:
Dealt with them on the Internet and they offered best price for a Toyota Venza, and gave fair trade-in value. When they offered the best price I wondered whether they would make it up by low-balling the trade-in, but Dan Napoli provided a likely trade-in range based on mileage and my description of the condition of the car and they were within that range. This was important as it was a 90 minute drive and two other Toyota Dealerships were closer and more convenient. No pressure to buy unwanted "extras" such as VIN etching, etc., that some dealerships use to jack up their margins.

Great delivery experience as we took delivery on a fully loaded vehicle with many features we had never had before. The salesman spent a lot of time reviewing the operation of features such as navigation system, etc.

My Review of Toyota North:
The experience was very good.They were friendly and did not waste much time on haggling --we suggested a price and they gave a one word yes/no in a few minutes and thier price were much lower that dealerships in 20-25mile range.I recommended a friend of mine and his experince was the same. This year, a couple of my friends are in the market for a vehicle and for all of them the first stop will be this dealership

My Review of Toyota North:
Bought a new toyota 4Runner from this dealership (2004 4Runner SR5 with DVD), wife thought it was too large, so went back with in first month for a trade in for a rav4 or hylander. Sales person would not speak to us or return phone calls. Then we wanted a Prius in November, they would not take our order & told us they were getting $2000.00 over MSRP, and they were buying them from other dealers & we would have to pay the extra cost if we wanted one. We have attempted to work with them several times, now will not go back.
