My Review of Toyota Of Vero Beach:
Most people say not to buy a car in Vero, but we had a great experience shopping here. We got the deal we wanted. Definitely was some haggling which wasn't fun but it worked out in the end. And it was soooooo easy for us to order the car we wanted. Everyone was honest and upfront. The service department is AWESOME. Jennifer is so knowledgable. And so is everyone else I've worked with there. Service time might take a while but I always took advantage of the courtesy car so I never waited around there. The service people are VERY friendly, considerate, and helpful.

My Review of Toyota Of Vero Beach:
I bought a 2 year old Toyota from this dealership. Due to way I was treated and charged over the 2-1/2 years that I owned a Toyota and relied on VB Toyota for service I recently traded the vehicle and will probably never buy another Toyota. In my opinion their work was shoddy, as I repeatedly had to have the same problem repaired several times and the car was never ready when promised and filthy when it was. Many times I waited 2 hours for an oil change even after making an appointment days ahead of time. I gave them a 2 for friendliness as they always had a smile when they took my money.
