My Review of Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs:
I bought a new Toyota Tacoma through their internet sales team. I was able to get exactly everything I wanted. Great experience! Best deal in the state. Drove all the way from the Western Slope to get the best deal. Everyone was friendly and professional. The purchase was quick and painless.

My Review of Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs:
I bought our new Toyota Tundra through their internet sales team. They were able to place an order exactly how I wanted it. Ms. Beard kept me up to date on the status and was able to expedite the paperwork process by gathering all required information beforehand. Excellent, no-hassle buying experience.

My Review of Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs:
We chose this dealer because of this website's reviews and were not disappointed. We drove down from the Denver area to purchase here. Excellent service, friendly, and we were able to buy the vehicle we wanted. Mike Hardiman was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. TC Moran assisted with the sales and was just as helpful. The whole experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone. We are waiting for our 2010 Tundra to be built (as we added some customizations). We have had less than desirable experiences with other dealerships, so this is a welcome treat.

My Review of Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs:
My experience with this dealership was very good; I would go back if I were in the market for another Toyota. What I especially liked was that all my questions were answered fully but I never felt at all pushed to make a decision to buy. They let me lead, when I just went there to get information at first and then when I was ready to test-drive a car. The service was excellent, too; the car was delivered to me 45 miles away at my place of work, which was a great help and meant that I could get my new car on Monday rather than waiting till the following weekend.

My Review of Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs:
I first visited Mountain States Toyota for a vehicle. I visited that dealership approximately three times and was NOT satisfied with the service or attitude of the employees. I decided to give another Toyota dealership a try (because I like Toyota vehicles so much) and I called the Colorado Springs Toyota dealership. Vicki initially assisted me (over the phone). She was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions. She made the process so easy; which is important for me because the reason I am buying a car is because my other vehicle was totaled when I was hit by a drunk driver. I was not planning or expecting to purchase a vehicle, and I have never previously purchased a vehicle, so I was rushed and anxious about the process. Not only over the phone, but also when I arrived at the dealership, the employees were very friendly and easy to talk with. It did talk a little long to complete the financing paperwork, but their was a customer ahead of me. Overall I had an excellent experience and would recomment the Colorado Springs dealership to others (as well as I will tell everyone I know NOT to visit the Mountain States Toyota location off of 70th).

Toyota of Colorado Springs is definitely a dealer that you can trust and count on receiving a fair and honest deal. I was surprised how professional the sales person and manager were. They both went out of their way to make the car buying experience great! I plan on using Toyota of Colorado Springs for Service and any future vehicle purchases...

My Review of Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs:
The dealership was very accommodating to me and my dog ;) I at no time felt pressure to buy and the employees helped me through the decision. When negotiating the price, Gary seemed that he did everything in his power to sell me the vehicle I wanted for the payment I needed. I did not want to purchase an extended warranty at first, but the finance manager was able to reduce my interest rate making the extended warranty affordable, so I purchased. I have recommended the dealership to my family already.

My Review of Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs:
I didn't enjoy having to wait around for 2 hours to meet with someone in the finance department. Especially since I was paying cash and my transaction with them took not even five minutes. There has to be a more efficient and effective way to process a car purchase other than having one guy handle them all. It was a complete waste of my time.

My Review of Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs:
I bought my "certified" Toyota 4Runner from Toyota of Colorado Springs and I will never buy another car from them again. They lied to me about the cost of extended warranty and what it covered (GAP coverage ($300) and first year of oil changes ($75)was not free as they had said). I was in such a rush to get back to work that I didn't notice the mistakes and signed off (I didn't even notice that my address was wrong on all the paperwork). I learned my lesson but I know that they took advantage of the situation since they said that I either finish the deal right then or the deal was off. I work for the military and if you get a call you need to get back to the office immediately. In the end I paid an extra $1,600 that I shouldn't have. In the end that is my fault that the dealership got away with it. To add insult to injury, the next day the check engine light came on and on my second visit to the service department during my first week of ownership I found out that the previous owner had the same problem and yet Toyota of Colorado springs didn't fix it and "certified" the car. Don't trust certification from this dealership!!! After six visits to the service department in the first four weeks of owning the 4Runner the problem was finally fixed only after I got the service manager involved. $4,000 worth of work later (which they did finally eat) my car seems to be o.k.

Basically I want to warn anyone buying a car from here to read ALL the paperwork with a fine toothcomb and if possible save yourself the potential misery and go to a rebutable dealership in Denver (Liberty Toyota and Toyota of Colorado Springs are owned by the same people)

My Review of Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs:
I have some credit issues and found most dealerships incredibly disrespectful when it came to buying a car. Toyota of Colorado Springs, is the exception to the rule. They helped me find a great vehicle and then went above and beyond to find me satisfactory financing. Most importantly, they made me feel like I deserved the best treatment regardless of my credit issues. I truly feel their sincerity was genuine and extremely professional. I cannot say enough good things about the salesperson, manager, and especially the finance manager. I am confident that this dealership and its staff would treat my Mother or any other member of my family the same respect and that's why I will definitely refer all my friends and family to this dealership for an auto. Thanks Toyota of Colorado Springs, you've got a customer for life!
