I was extremely please with the friendly and professional actions displayed by all their employees. they took the time to show me several cars both used and new. they did not try to pressure or convince me way way or another...they seemed very willing to accomadate my needs..and make sure I was pleased with my descision..The facility was extremely clean and well designed...I felt very comfortable dealing with them...In fact my father law bought a car two weeks later, because of how well i was treated...

My Review of Toyota Scion of Scranton:
Initial service on my new RAV4; Saturday AM appointment was handled quickly and professionally, but also thoroughly (not rushed through, even though it was only the 1K mile check). Service writer (Kevin B) was well versed in the process, and clearly reviewed the work done. Left with a handshake and a well washed car. Can't speak highly enough about these people; they really do a professional job, and seriously aim to create repeat customers.

My Review of Toyota Scion of Scranton:
I'd had spent the better part of two months searching the market for small / midsize SUV's from various dealers around mid and northeast PA. Some dealerships were outright terrible (a 5min search on the website would give you more knowledge than the sales reps would be able to relay). I'm glad I stopped by the Scranton branch. Billy Mulligan helped me wonderfully and knew nearly every question I threw at him, and if he was not sure he would immediately verify his best guess rather than fib. We ended up trading in my '02 Saab for a RAV4 and a day later traded our '06 Land Cruiser for a Highlander. Billy really was a very knowledgable, friendly, and all around good man to deal with.

We also met with the head of the service department Rick and Brenda, both of whom my mother raves about for the level of service they have provided for her Land Cruiser. We got a personal tour of the service / body shop which are extremely large, and appeared to be a very well oiled machine. Both Rick and Brenda could not have been nicer.
