My Review of Toyota West:
I cant say enough about the service I received today, Matt went above and beyond to put me in the car I had my heart set on. When I thought that it wasn't going to happen Matt and Terra made sure that it did! I bought a 2006 VW Jetta that I had seen online. I called Matt last Sunday and he was with me every step of the way until I found what Iwas looking for, countless phone calls and ENDLESS patience on his part and I brought my car home today. He was friendly, informative, and exceptionally helpful to me. Terra helped me through the financing part of it an she was phenomenal. I can't thank either of them enough. I haev already recommended them to two family members who loved my car when I got it home ( and are actually looking for new vehicles. I won't go anywhere else for vehicle purchases in the future. They both deserve a raise!!

My Review of Toyota West:
I had been on the market for either a new or used truck. I narrowed it down to Ford or Toyota as well. I decided on a 100 mile radius from my home, living on the Ohio River this include a lot of Ohio dealers. I already knew my "small town" dealers would not deal so I moved on to Columbus dealers.

I found a 2009 Tacoma that actually had everything I wanted feature wise, including the 6sp. transmission. I decided to call the internet sales manger as well. Matt, and I traded a few emails, prior to me going up to the dealer.

I decided to buy after a little more research. I secured my financing ahead of time, had a decent down payment, and a price in mind. I made my offer and called Matt, he pretty much said, when can you come up! No bickering, no counter offers, just come on up. I bought the truck site unseen. Total deal time on the phone, less than an hour, including the finance guy. Again a non issued, he asked my interest rate, said no way he could match it. Asked if I wanted the ext. warranty, I said not at this time. Again, no hassle.

Drove up the next day, to get the truck. The dealership is easy to find, and its as big as some towns here in WV!

Matt, met us, and went through some papers, showed the truck and the features, inside the garage I should mention as it was pouring the rain. Took me to finance to make my down payment, and drop off my loan check. This guy, forgot his name was super easy to work with as well. Total dealer time again, around a hour.

As far as Matt, this guy is about the most laid back sales person you will ever deal with. Even, though he is the Manager! LoL.

If all Sonic dealerships operate the way Toyota West does, I can't recommend them enough!

My Review of Toyota West:
Toyota West was recommended by a friend, so we decided to check them out. AS we drove through the preowned lot, I stop to look at an Avalon. Rod Winget, Sales Associate, came over to see if he could be of help. I believe Rod may be the best 'Car Salesman' I have ever delt with! He did not try to sell me a car, he asked if I was looking for anything particular or if he could asnswer any questions. He acquainted me with the Toyota products, let us drive all the models to see if we had a preference. Never pressured for a sale!!!! Emailed us when he knew something was coming in that we might be interested in seeing. We went to several other Toyota Dealers, saw several cars we liked (was treated well), but really wanted to give Rod our business (as we felt he had earned it). Also dealt with Luke and Mark to close the deal and was treated well.Over all it was a great sales esperience. Would highly recommend you give them look.

My Review of Toyota West:
Brian helped me get into the car of my dreams. I have always wanted a Toyota Corolla (Red with a spoiler:)) since I started driving but it was never the right time. Luckily I waited it out and the 2012 model made me come out of hiding. Brian was so informative and detailed. I thought I would get the run around but I didnt. They were straight forward and HONEST with me and I was able to drive away with a 2012 Toyota Corolla BRAND NEW off the lot (not to mention RED WITH A SPOILER:)) that was afforable to me. I AM IN LOVE with it:) Thank You Brian Frye/Toyota West for all your help

Toyota West is the best dealership to do business with. I consider them to be reasonable and fair. Terry Johnson, our salesman, is the best... so good, that we have purchased 4 cars from him. The manager has always spoken with us which I consider a plus. They also have a very efficient and clean service department. Toyota West is the best in the West!

My Review of Toyota West:
My wife and I have bought a total of 4 vehicles from Toyota West. Each time is the same as the first time...and by that I mean that they never 'pick' our vehicle for us. They offer informative answers for our many questions, provide hard stats on fuel economy differences and such between whatever vehicles I throw into the equation and worked well with me all around.

This time I purchased a 2010 Camry SE. I must have questioned J.T. on close to 20 different vehicles and drove 9-10 of those vehicles before deciding on this particular Camry, and through it all, J.T. was great to work with. I was out at the dealership twice this week. When I left the first day without purchasing a vehicle J.T. was absolutely fine with the amount of time I speant of his without closing a deal that day. I have been to other dealerships in the past where if you try to leave without purching a car after being there for a good amount of time, you can tell the salesman is upset and they either try to talk you into staying to show you more vehicles, or rudely turn from you.

All in all, each time I have been to Toyota West, I have met nothing but quality, knowledgeable and friendly sales people who are willing to work with me to close the right deal on the vehicle that I want.

I should also mention that the price on my new vehicle was great, as well. I compared similar equipped SE models with similar mileage and I am quite satisfied that this was a win for my wife and I.
