My Review of Toyota of Greenwich:
My hybrid battery wasn't performing properly and they argued with me--argued!!!--that there was nothing wrong and it must be my fault. This is in addition to the usual bait-and-switch; it seems that every time I take the car in for an oil change there is some "XXXX mileage service" due that costs a bundle. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority, not even a goal. They just argue with you until you leave. What good is a dealer that can't and won't fix a problem with the car they are there to service? That's the last $30 they get from me.

My Review of Toyota of Greenwich:
Service department was given the charge to perform a 5000 mile service (first one on the vehicle) on my wife's new RAV 4 bought there several months earlier. The bill came out to $146! Without asking, they decided to perform a wheel balance and alignment on a 4 month old car. I believe they should have asked us first. The car was not pulling or shimmying in any way. It seems that they just packed the bill. Very disappointed in the way that was handled.

My Review of Toyota of Greenwich:
Just as expected, a dealership in greenwich, CT is just after the mortgage note. I was simply told that I couldn't get a new truck because they didn't have any in "my price range" and to sell my car and come back NEXT YEAR. Any advertisements were just fantasy, they talked around them. A FRIENDLY BUNCH! but we all know the traditional sales person stereotype...here it was.

Then I decided to get my car serviced as recommended by the friendly sales guy, Mark. I was driven to work upon drop-off I guess because it took all day to "examine" my car. Upon pick-up, and getting a $1200 quote including $50 to change a headlight, I was charged $90 because they "examined" the car and I didn't authorize this rip-off to do the job. It didn't matter that I walked in with a recent history and complete diagnosis of my car. Midas charged $385 for the job that Toyota keeps screwing up and wouldn't support. I immediately disputed and wad ridiculed out the door because he had to perform a charity and no charge me. IF YOU DON'T OWN A HOUSE IN GREENWICH, YOU PROBABLY WON'T OWN A CAR EITHER.
