purchased a 2017 Rav4 XLE,
I worked with Steve O, and finance agent Zak.
I must say , in the long run, the experience became very good.
After picking the vehicle I chose, and working with Steve and Zak. I ended up getting the deal I was looking to get.
The deal went as advertised.No exceptions. There's nothing like getting the car of ones choice, and getting the deal you saw advertised, If one qualifies for that right. All of the above occurred. So with that. I can only recommend this dealership and its team for honoring what they advertised. So thumbs up to

a new car was sold to me with standard factory equipment on window sticker, but seller did not disclose that had replaced factory touch screen with non warranted, inferior aftermarket part which has failed after 2 years. i thought that was an illegal sales practice! I am well within my 3yr 36k mile factory warranty but will NEVER return to TOH after reading how terrible they are on multiple websites. I've requested multiple staff by multiple means to ship the original factory equipment to my ethical local dealer Earl Stewart to replace faulty ADVENT system and maintain my factory warranty coverage. NO RESPONSE. I'm an old, poor, single female veteran who bought this car so i never had to worry again. I guess corporate America is having a good laugh!! Even Toyota corporate customer service says "that's a sales issue" and "there's nothing we can do" RUN, DON't WALK away from this terrible dealership, and maybe TOYOTA also, I'm going HONDA because of this. dealer also made false statements in rebuttal saying that "dealer add ons" were listed on window sticker but it's NOT TRUE! I have all original paperwork/stickers and there IS NO SUCH STICKER!! what liars!!
I came literally trusting them. I only wanted an oil change. However, I was told since it's my 1st time it's free. BUT LISTEN TO THIS. FREE MY xxx. There very "honest" Employees stole 380 out of my wallet in my car. They took money without my consent which is considered burglary. All the managers did was say we can't do nothing. ! LIKE WELL YOUR SO CALLED TRUSTED EMPLOYEES should have been Checked. THEY DO NOT. ! I MEAN DO NOT PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST ! If they did I would have gotten back my money stolen from me. Nope. There employee was made 380 dollars richer. I will never ever come back or even recommend this location to anyone. How can an employee actually steal from customers and not have anything done to them. This is the worse place I've been too. Usually things like this should re taken care of immediately. But there they do not want to look bad. I'm sorry to say but you guys make Toyota look horrible. They need to find this employee and fire him because it probably hasn't been the first time. It's ridiculous
