Excellent service,friendly atmosphere,and good place to buy a car.One thing I was very unhappy about the person who gave me the final price for the car,the finance officer was not will to give me the rubber mat instead of floor mat.

My Review of Toyota of North Charlotte:
This is my 3rd car with Toyota of North Charlotte. I took my vehicle for the recommended maintenance. The service was very good. Brandy assisted me with my first maintenance service 5 years ago. Today, she continues to greet every customer with a smile on her face, and is always willing to acommodate to your needs and very clear explaining the service to be given. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good customer service - especially if you are (like me) not so knowlegeable with cars.

It was one of the best car buying experiences I ve had- from Christian Guerrero s knowledge of the car and answering questions to Walter Hoover s no pressure approach during the negotiation process to Preston Lane s help with all the paperwork. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends.

You and your guys are the bomb! This was the easiest car buying experience I have EVER had. I was pleased with all the service/attention that I received. Even though I was working with Paul and Dan others on the floor offered me coffee, water or a soda. I found that to be exceptional customer service. Normally, if I’m not your customer later for you but, not your guys! I have spoken to others about you, hopefully they will make up their minds soon and come and see you!

Lizz Lunn and Vicki and Samantha not only offered the right vehicle (Sienna XLE) via the internet with right pricing, but they made the visit to North Charlotte our final stop. I shopped with 12 dealerships before buying and the experience (friendly, professional, fast) and the feel (low pressure but engaging) made us new customers.
