This young lady was very knowledgeable on the Prius and every other car that was on the lot. I came in with my niece to help her with her purchase. I had bought a prius from Scott Clark and they never went in detail about the warranty or how to work the touch screne. She even explained the levels of the prius. She even took her time dispite that we were in the rain she never rushed her presentation. My niece purchased the car. I regret buying from Scott Clark I paid more and was not informed about the product as thoroughly. I will recommend everyone I know to come see Marissa. They need more employees like her.

My visit to toyota of noth charlotte was very sad. I went by the commericalon tv and found that it was false advertisement. They say get out of your loan no matter what you owe and no money out of pocket. Well that was not true. They told me that we owe too much on our car and wanted to know if we plan on putting any money down. We only owed 6770 on old car and the trade in value was 2890.So the commerical is not true. How can they get on tv and say things different then when you go to buy Very unhappy with the experince. And i drove over a 73 miles to do business with them

The service department at this dealership is outstanding! I consider Will & Eric personal friends just from my experience with them in the service department over the years! You never feel like you are getting swindled like most service departments. It's like they are looking after my best interest.

My experience was great. I really like the way each person is responsible for a different aspect of the car buying process. Each person was extremely friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. I will recommend this dealership to others because of the professional way they work with the customers and each other. They went out of their way to help us get the car we wanted.

William B. was my salesperson, Leo was my product specialist, and Kim V. was the finance specialist. All three were very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. When trying to choose the right car (specifications, pros/cons, and financials), I would highly recommend William and Leo for their knowledge, honesty, and helpfulness. Really though almost all the staff at TNC were friendly/helpful. Everyone was great to work with and I had no issues at all.

Today I had the worst car sale experience I have ever had in my life. I spoke with Michelle from the internet team and she assured me that the out the door price for the Tundra stock # 3820005 would be $23,577 + 598 doc fee + $69 title + 3% tax and I will be getting a 0 interest for 60 months. After driving for over an hour from Waxhaw to your dealership, the sales managers wanted $3000 more and they had a major attitude problem. I will ever buy a car from this dealership.

I bought a certified pre-owned Tundra from them last year...enjoyable enough experience. I was not shown a CarFax vehicle history report - big mistake. I assumed that the "certified" part meant that it hadn't been in a wreck. Oops. I went to sell the truck and ran a CarFax - lost thousands from what I should have got. Most reputable dealers would have shown this up front. Shady. Not happy. Buyer beware - go to Scott Clark's or Concord.

Very sad. Will never go there again. Prices on the car did not relect the right prices once you were waiting for a long time to make the dea. Very much felt like a scam and dishonest. Willing to drive an extra 20 miles for great service at West then suffer through anymore service or car buying at North. You can change your name but please work on your staff and state of affaris.
