He and the General Manager and really all the sales people were very helpful, friendly and knew every inch of the car and I left with a car and all I needed to know. I was impressed they all worked and helped each other even though it wasn’t their sale. Every question was answered plus a zillion things I didn’t know to ask about. We have been looking for a hard-to-find Crown for quite a while. We finally located one at Toyota of Pullman. I started communicating with Chris Hutton via email regarding the car. The next day we drove the 5 hours to Pullman to close the deal. Chris met us in the parking lot as we pulled in. He took us to the car and showed us all around. Then he told us to take it for a drive while he prepared the paperwork. When we got back to the dealership all the paperwork was ready to sign. We completed the transaction and were ready to go in no time at all. The entire process was extremely straightforward. We are thrilled with our new car, and extremely pleased with the service that Chris and Toyota of Pullman provided us. Now that all is said and done, we would easily do it again. More

I went in to help with a potential purchase of a RAV-4 Limited Hybrid. I have known the salesman Tommy Coffee for a while, so he and I sat in the car going over the details. We ended up buying it. I intended to keep my Tacoma and buy a used car from him as a backup. I ended up leaving with the RAV-4 and a Sequoia TRD Pro Hybrid. The Tacoma stayed behind. The new team at the Pullman store is first rate. The new management team under the leadership of Cliff Smith is making positive changes and working wonders. The Service Department has always been excellent, and that has not changed. The buying experience was the best I have ever had at a dealership. 5 stars to this dealership and salesman Tommy Coffee!
