My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
Although I had recently bought a Prius at Toyota of Wellesley, I came in to get instruction on how to use a used Land Cruiser I had purchased at another dealership. The salesperson, Greg Lavin, was quite helpful and knowledgable and quickly showed me what I needed to know to use the truck offroad. I was pleasantly surprised to get such service when I hadn't even bought the truck at the dealership. This experience, together with my pleasant, no pressure purchase of the Prius, make me comfortable recommending this dealership.

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
I came upon Toyota of Wellesley by accident. I purchased my used overpriced Toyota Camry from Boch Toyota, but everytime I went to have it serviced it was an ordeal. So as I was driving home, in need of some work on my car when I decided to stop in at Toyota of Wellesley to see if they could help me. I had an extended warranty with Boch and since I refused to deal with their nastiness, I needed to find someone to do work on my vehicle. Eventhouhg Toyota of Wellesley didn't accept my warranty, they worked with the warranty company to get the work done and paid for. All I had to pay was a $50 dollar deductible. That was all it took. The fact that they worked so hard to help me, not knowing if I would even be a repeat customer especially when they could have easily said there was nothing they could do and send me on my way told me that they cared about their customers. Long story short when I was in the market for a new car, I went directly to them. I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla fully loaded at a price below the Kelley Blue Book and NADA MSRP. They didn't nickle and dime me. They didn't try and sell me what I didn't want. I told them what I wanted and they accommodated me. They made sure that I knew what it was I was purchasing and always, always sought to get me the item at the lowest price and still be the best purchase for my needs. From the Sales Representative Jack Mendosa, to Sales Manager Brian and the Financial Manager Kevin I couldn't have asked for a better company to look out for my interest. With Toyota of Wellesley you can't go wrong. If this survey had excellent, I would have chosen excellent for each question because they earned it.

I found the people I worked with to be extremely professional. There was absolutely no pressure, and all our questions were answered very honestly. The negotiations were very straightforward. It was a pleasure to buy from this dealership, and particularly Rey and Shaun.

This Toyota Dealership had a very comfortable atmosphere. The sales team was very helpful. Elans in particular is an excellent salesman. He is not too pushy and lets the buyer decide whether he or she likes a particular vehicle. I would definately both recommend Wellesley Toyota and return there myself for my next automobile purchase.

This is a very good dealership. There was no pressure to buy and no pressure for any add-ons during the purchasing process. The staff that I dealt with were very responsive, both before and after the sale. My requests were generally met in a very timely fashion.

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
I told them what I was looking for and Shaun called back with the car we bought, Lennie did all the leg work. They met our needs by installing a sun roof in a model that had all the other charateristics we wanted. It too 4 days to get the sun roof installed but it appears that it wwas done correctly.

Lenny was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions and was not overly aggressive in selling the vehicle. He accommodated numerous changes in time when we needed to come to the dealership and kept the dealership open late to allow us time to sign the papers without having to return at another time. We appreciate all that he did and will visit him for our next car purchase.

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
This is the best dealership to buy a new or used car...No pressure very knowledgeable....never a stressful moment. The company strives and succeeds in treating their customers with respect and making sure the car buying experience is a good one. I did not know which vehicle I wanted and they made sure I test drove each model...explaining the differences. With this knowledge I was able to pick the vehicle best suited to my needs. My family will not go anywhere else. I will be recommending this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car
