My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
I was looking for a Scion xD and entered a request for a quote online. Within the hour, Nai had a price quote and an offer to get the car to the dealership. Since I had already decided on the car, not much could be done to sell it to me, but they made me feel extremely confident in my decision as a first-time car buyer. They (at Scion/Wellesley) attend to you very personally and are very communicative with whatever questions you may have (they even checked my speakers by listening to them individually to make sure they all worked when I got the car). They are also extremely open about the car buying process, a selling point for me, which is in part aided by the Scion pure pricing policy. Having looked around the Boston area at quite a few dealerships (and multiple Toyota dealerships), I can say that the Toyota of Wellesley/Scion folks I dealt with were the best. I especially appreciated the email communications - Nai let me know not only when the car was ready, but previous to that, when the wheel covers were placed on, when they were being ordered, etc. - without me even asking. Coming from a younger demographic, I like more digital ways of communicating, it's easier on the fly - and this fit my needs perfectly. Also, I should mention, they work FAST here - if you decide you want a car, they will get it for you. I called on Wednesday and am now a proud owner of a Scion xD. Will definitely use them for service/maintenance and the next time I need a new car.

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
Toyota of Wellesley finished 2007 as the tenth (10) largest volume dealer out of seventy-two (72) dealers in New England. And, they did so without a single Boston Globe advertisement or Radio Ad. Simply, this dealership builds its foundation on repeat and referral customers. If you have ever walked into the showroom, you will see 400 sq ft of wall space covered in appreciation and thank you letters. Customers do recommend Wellesley Toyota, and they do send direct mail to the facility rather than third party websites. If you are making a decision not to do business with a specific company because of hear-say, then you may be limiting yourself. Wellesley Toyota is in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. Keep an open mind, and in general you'll be better for it.

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
I requested price quotes from a number of dealers. Frank quoted the lowest price and stuck to it. I got just the car I wanted at the best price, and there were no surprises. Frank also provided an in-depth tutorial (helpful for a first-time Prius owner), so I felt comfortable that I could find everything in the car.

If you want coffee, doughnuts, and warm fuzzies from your dealer, this may not be your best choice. I did, however, find Wellesley Toyota to be straightforward and businesslike, and I can buy my own doughnut with the $1000 I saved. The wait time was little long, but I bought at the end of the month, so that's to be expected.

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
This goes back to 1998, when I was shopping for a used Toyota Celica. I saw an advert placed by Toyota of Wellesley in the Globe that caught my eye. The price was too good to be true. When I got there they had the car and gave me a test drive. The engine sounded terrible. The salesman pretended not to notice it until I pointed out the obvious. He said it was nothing, their shop would take care of it. Nonsense! That sound was a death gasp, and the salesman knew it. The experience amounted to a bait-and-switch: pull the customer in with what amounted to a fake ad, and then hope to sell them something more profitable.

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
So, on Sunday I go to thier lot and ask to look around. I'm just checking prices and looking, avoiding any sales staff so I can look. I see several Matrix's and Corollas which I liked. I decided to go do a little research on the cars. So I write down what they have and leave.

I decide on Wednesday that I want to test drive a 5sp Matrix. I go in there and ask to speak with somebody about this. The salesman tells me he doesn't think they have any. I didn't bother to tell him I knew they did as there were several on Sunday. He then starts talking about a deposit to order the car I want. I inform him that I want to test drive the car before I consider ordering one. He starts to tell me how few they make per year. So I leave him a fake number and walk out.

I recommend everybody stay away. Why reward these morons

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
I bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla from Aurelio Pabon. Unfortuntely, Aurelio made certain misrepresentations about the sales price that we ended up having to pay later. The dealership was unwilling to do anything about this misrepresentation later, and showing little interest that one of their employees misrepresented themselves to a customer.

You can purchase a Toyota at a lot of dealerships, so I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
I purchased a RAV 4 with DVD Nav and heated seats. I picked up the car at 8:30 PM and drove home without headlights! Also, the car was sent to Saugus for heated seats, brought back to the dealer, and delivered to me. Guess what...the heating mechanism was never installed. This description is abbreviated--believe it or not there's more. In 2 weeks, I was at the dealership 7 times for issues that should have been addressed during the dealer prep. Good price; thoughtless management.

My Review of Toyota of Wellesley:
This is our first new car. After calling three dealers, Toyota Wellesley quoated us a price that the other dealer deemed impossible. When we got there, the sales man was friendly, gave us exactly what we wanted, and did not push for any thing extra. (No one wants a pushy sales man.) The car was ready for pick up in three days, and the sales man even drove to a nearby bus stop to pick us up. After we got the car, we called him several times to ask questions, and he was friendly every time. <br>I definitely recommend this place.
