Needs some work I tried to make an appointment to see my service advisor, Sam, who I was not told no longer worked there when I asked for him. I got handed to another advisor Chrissy, who put my service in the system wrong and was curt with me when I arrived at the dealership. The dealership also misplaced my car. I was told it would be ready by 12:40, but someone re-opened my service ticket and none of the advisors or clerks knew where it was. My car was not located and returned to me until 1:45pm. This location needs to work on communication between departments. More
