My Review of Toyota of the Bronx:
Do not believe any assurances they give you.

Sam told me they would have the new car I wanted within a week. On his assurance, I paid a deposit and turned down a similar deal from another dealer.

Turned out Sam could not locate the car. When I said I had cancelled another order based on his assurance, he told me that nothing but death and taxes were guaranteed. He then denied that he had ever assured me of anything. Sleazy.
