My experience with this dealership was very, very good. Bobby Lane, the salesman, was wonderful in helping my son and I get the best deal on the car that I needed. I was not pressured to buy a vehicle!! I felt very comfortable in dealing with Bobby Lane and will definately refer him to my family and friends. He made purchasing a new car less stressful and for that I THANK YOU!!!

Bobby was so helpful and so efficient. He is so enthusiastic & carefully picked out a car that best suits be and managed to work with me as far as my budget for the car was concerned. If I were to buy another car, I would like him to be my sales person again. He is very personable.

Classic bait and switch. Confirmed The a price as good until it was time to do financing, then informed us the advertised sale price for active-duty military families only. My wife and I are in our early fifties and couldn't look less military if we tried. We felt manipulated and ill-used. We will NOT go back there again.

My Review of Toyota on Nicholasville:
I bought my new Toyota Venza and traded two cars and still paid the sticker price of 37,700 and found out the next day it was on worth 26,000 when I asked how much they would give me back for it. I had talked to everyone in the office about it and in other words it is yours now. Ha ha live with it sucker. They didn't care any more. I was so turned off with the sale it has turned me against Toyota which we have owned for years but not any more. I have traded it got a much better deal and I thank a much better brand. I would never recommend anyone to Toyota on nicholasville or never buy another car from them .They cared about the sale but not me

My Review of Toyota on Nicholasville:
My experience with the Nicholasville Toyota dealership was extremely easy and actually delightful. The salesman who came to help us, Bobby Lane, seemed to be truly interested in getting us the best deal for our money. I had gone to Toyota hoping to be able to get a reasonable pre-owned Corolla. Bobby showed me how I could get into a new vehicle for the same payment and price that I would have payed for a used auto. He seemd to be sensitive to the fact that I was on a fixed income and could only pay a certain amount a month, so he managed to make the deal fit my personal situation. I did not feel like a number or account, but a person and by the end of the sale, like a friend. I would whole heartedly recommend the dealership but especially, Bobby Lane.

My Review of Toyota on Nicholasville:
In our seach for our new vehicle, we did our homework and narrowed the choice of the new vehicle to a Highlander. It seemed apparent looking at various dealerships in the area that Toyota on Nicholasville had a wide selection to look at and drive. When we arrived, we were greeted outside in the parking lot by a cordial and energetic gentlemen, Bobby Lane.

Throughout our time at the dealership Bobby worked hard to provide us with a great experience in what can typically be a challenging ordeal. He was friendly yet detailed while describing the many features of the SUV's interior. After our test drive, he took us through a thorough demonstration of all the options and flexibilities the vehicle provides and his delivery made it fun.

My husband was under a job related time constraint that evening and Bobby worked especially hard to get us through the finalizing paperwork process. He addressed my husband's special request of detailing the car to get us on our way. Bobby is an excellent salesman.

We love our new Highlander!

bobby was great, he is in the right job. he took the time to go over every thing about the car i got. he showed me three to begin with after hearing what i was looking for,he did not try to upgrade the sale. walked me through the car and all of its pluses.

My Review of Toyota on Nicholasville:
Our salesman Bobby Lane was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had been going back and forthe between 2 different vehicles for the last month and we had read A LOT of info and reviews on both cars. I thought I was walking into the showroom well informed, until our salesman started pointing out safety and convenience features to us that I was unaware of. This man actually helped us empty our trade-in and made sure we were 100% satisfied. He was not pushy in the least, and I cannot think of a better person to sell a Toyota than him. It was a real pleasure working with someone who knew the car inside and out, and I mean every detail. He set up the automatic garage door opener for us and offered to set up the hands free cell phone calls. This is the kind of salesman you will return to, as we felt very comfortable with him.

The large inventory is helpful, makes selection much easier. All staff weemed to be very freindly. This is expected but they seem sincere. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. This dealership made purchasing a new vehicle less stressful.
