We had been debating buying a car for some time now and had done some research. Nick greeted us on the lot and asked a few questions. He then lead us straight to what we were looking for. I based their quality of work on their overall knowledge of the vehicles, financing, and any other questions we asked. Phillip was very friendly and proved to have one of the main qualities it takes to be in customer service, and that's patience. Although we couldn't quite agree on the price of the vehicles, does not mean we didn't get a great deal on the one we purchased. Then again, that's what negotiating is all about. My last Honda had over 94,000 miles on it, no problems at all. It was time to pass it on to my son and get a new one. The Tracy dealership is great - Phil Herrera did a great job.
