Don Webb went out his way to make my mothers car purchase one of the best I have ever seen. If you are in the market for a VW you should make the trip to Tracy Volkswagen the level of service at this dealership is hands down the best in new england.

I was recommended to Phil through a friend and it was the best thing that could have happened. Phil is a car guy through and through. He's a gentleman and more than willing to go out of his way to help, as he did when I tossed my car into the woods after driving like an idiot one night. He also performed a miracle in buying back my car Audi the very same day I was about to tell the BMW dealership I couldn't pick up the car I had ordered because I was unable to sell off my Audi.

I also having nothing but praise for the service department. They always bent over backwards for me without my even asking. I regularly dealt with Mark Van Lare. It has been a few years since I've been there and I can only hope he is still with the company.
