My Review of Treadwell Ford:
Have had my Honda S2000 in their body shop (they handle Treadwell Honda) going on a month now. The service advisor Randy that is supposed to be my contact, always answers my questions with "I don't know". When will it be ready, are the parts in yet, etc....... He told me that the parts have to come from Japan, and none were in yet earlier in the week. They were supposedly ordered on 4/5 it's now 4/25. I called Treadwell Honda parts and asked how long it took to get parts from Japan, and was told usually a week. I was also told they had no parts on order from Japan at this time!?!?!?! This dealer has given me nothing but a runaround and I don't know what I can do. I was originally told when I dropped the car off if should be ready in about 4-5 days, now were going on a month. These people have no customer service skills whatsoever and I feel they lie all the time. What can I do???? They have my car torn apart or so they say. I live about 80 miles from the dealer.
