Tyler met us, was cheerful, helpful and very knowledgeable about the truck and ALL of its functions. The process was made easy by the entire team; from sales to management and finally to finance. To add the icing on the amazing cake, Tyler drove our new truck to our home about 2 hours from the dealership, picked up our trade, and drove it back to New Bern. The flowers, bottle of wine, and a card signed by the entire staff were so much more than expected. We were made to feel like family, and we WILL do business with them again. Once we decided to purchase the car, it was a very smooth process from getting our trade in appraised, setting up financing, and signing all the paperwork. Pricing was reasonable and there were not a bunch of add ons or high pressure upselling. Lew made sure all of the OnStar features were set up before we left for our drive home with our new truck.
