My Review of Tri-State Chrysler Jeep:
I am an African-American who happens to be Gay and a disabled veteran. My partner and I have been buying cars from your dealership since 1995 when it was Keesee Chrysler Plymouth Jeep. I purchased four Jeeps and my partner purchased one Jeep since 1995.
Last month, I emailed your parts department twice and they never acknowledge my emails with a reply.
The man name Tucker in your service department acts as if he is doing me a great favor by taking my complaints about my vehicle.
Alex Hall told me that the reason why I can not get financed for a new Jeep Commander is because I cosign for my boyfriend on another car. I explained to Mr. Hall that Bernard, my partner, is not my boyfriend and I did not cosign for anyone. He immediately changed the subject to Gay rights in West Virginia. I did not solicit this type of conversation with Mr. Alex Hall.
All I want is a new car from your organization not to be condescended too. I will never have anything to do with your organization and could you please take me off all mailing lists. I can understand why Tri-State Chrysler Jeep is not a Five Star dealership.
