This was the best experience ever. No pressure, full intention to provide us the vehicle we wanted.

My Review of Tri-State Ford:
I contacted Tri State for a internet quote on a vehicle that I'd seen online......waited, waited, waited, and was finally contacted by (as he described himself wee little internet manager). I had been researching the eco boost and they had one equipped the way I wanted it......they were proud of it tooo.....the GM's demo...

In the meantime, (while I waited for them to contact me, ) I saw the same truck on another dealers website, later found out their sister store, and asked for a quote from them as well. The internet manager there was great, and when I buy it will more than likely be from him, Curtis Green....

As for the internet manager at Tri-State......Denis---(mind you I've waited several days to cool off on this one) he was a condesending AZZ, and that is being nice.....he avoided answering my questions about a 695 charge for this and a 299 charge for that and would never level with me as to what the added cost was to the sticker I kept seeing online....the numbers just did not match up......a bunch of fluff if you ask me.

I'm a reasonable guy and I understand you need to make profit but making all on me......I have no interest in paying all your bills sir............a long story shortened...this by far was the most unprofessional and unfavorable experience I've ever had.....I waited several days to put this review in as I needed time to cool off.....I would copy the email I was sent, scolding me for not showing up to an appointment....are you for real....maybe my wife's wreck was a blessing....a way for the man up stairs to tell me to run like heck away from here.

My Review of Tri-State Ford:
Great team work meeting my needs, not just price but the type of vehicle/suv I was looking for. Although I ended up with a monthly payment a little above what I wanted, when you consider I was able to add bumper to bumper extended warranty along with the four years mfg-warranty, I am getting more value for my dollar with Tri-State Ford in Amarillo, TX.

From my expereince with Mike Rue I would certainly recommend TriState Ford. He knows his product(s) and was very accommodating with all of the little things that come up after the sale is completed. I would be very comfortable seeking out Mike Rue in the future for the purchase of future vehicles.

My Review of Tri-State Ford:
I brought my 18 year old son in to look at mustangs for a graduation present. I wanted him to have a good experience as the 1st time he bought a new car. Most of the dealerships wouldn't even allow him to drive the cars because he was 18, but Tri-State understood that this was about and for him and really gave him the royal treatment. Teddy was very helpful and made my son feel good about his 1st new car purchase. I will recomend Teddy to friends and family. I'm a converted GM car buyer, Ford has really stepped up their game. We are very happy with the whole experience and Teddy is currently working with me on a 3 pickup deal and I expect to have the same experience as before.

Teddy Peacock was very honest with us and made us feel that we were in good hands. I fully trust him and will be sending everyone I know to him. I would never go to another salesman. We will follow him wherever he goes no matter what dealership he goes to.

The reason I gave the rating of the highest value is because WE have NEVER been treated so well! We were treated like more than your credit score! We got the best deal we ever have in our lives! They worked real hard to get us a deal that WE could do, not to their satisfactory but to ours! We were totally blown away when they went through the process and it was just an amazing experience and got me a car that I know I can be proud of and can say that I didn't have to pay outrageously for! My heart was truly touched and I WILL definitely tell others about my experience because for once I am not ashamed of our deal and feel comfortable with the payments! I can't say enough to how my heart was truly touched and blessed! Thank you guys for making us feel like humans and not a credit score! God bless you all!

When me and my family drove up to tri state ford in Amarillo,Tx they were about to close for the evening but they stayed open for us they even let us test drive the car we were looking at a 2008 ford fusion.Joe Miller(salesperon)even held the for two days until we did all the paperwork with our bank.This is WHY i im giving this rating.

Teddy was very helpful, all the staff I worked with were great. I had a bad experience at a couple other dealers and Teddy made that go away. Awesome group of people to work with. He did not make any promises that were not met. very enjoyable to talk with.
