Worst dealership ever. They allowed a vehicle to be traded in for over a month going on almost two months now without paying for the car. Worst vehicle purchase we have ever made. Truck has spent more time in the shop than it has on the road. When I contacted them they basically said we should have brought the truck back which Truck has spent more time in the shop than it has on the road. I purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 on July 29, 2022. The check engine light was on at time of purchase, so I had to leave it with them so they could take it to the local Chrysler dealership for repair. So many beautiful lifted vehicles but BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. They have cheap lift kits and the warranty is a fraud. Did you know once you lift your vehicle more than 4 in, it is no longer cove THIS BUSINESS. They have cheap lift kits and the warranty is a fraud. Did you know once you lift your vehicle more than 4 in, it is no longer covered by the warranty? Of course not, and they still want to sell you the extended warranty. I had an issue with my lift kit and Chevrolet suggested I speak to a manager at this location to help me with my repair costs. He even called the manager to ask him to take responsibility for selling me a truck with a defective lift kit. I decided to go in person but the moment I walked in, the raunchy so called manager began to insult me, belittle me, and criticize my driving. I would have been ok with a simple apology, but instead he was rude and very unprofessional. Foolish man. Doesn't he realize that now a days businesses do better on good reviews. Don't spend your money here or you will regret it!!!! More
