My Review of Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree:
Recently purchased a new RAV4 from Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. I would highly recommend working out a deal with Edward Walsh. He is polite, attentive, and above all, upfront with all the pricing and fee involved. He will negotiate a fair deal with respect and professionalism. His colleagues Angel and Shamso at finance were equally polite, attentive, and helpful through the close-out process. The sales manager Carols Ortega was also a pleasure to work with. All in all, a very positive experience. Thanks again to Toyota of Braintree.

My Review of Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree:
Don't know why anyone would buy their car here since the price they offer is simply non-competitive with other Toyota dealers. Used cars are priced above KBB prices of the same quality. Salesman employ all the typical salesroom routines - high pressure tactics, calling in the manager, asking for a credit card to continue negotiation. I could go on and on. Would not recommend.

My Review of Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree:
We purchased a used Corolla from Braintree Toyota and have been happy with the experience.
The sales person was open, relaxed, and knowledgeable about the car, and did his best to meet our expectations. He went to bat with the dealership to get an alignment issue squared away. We were treated fairly and respectfully by the finance manager. We feel that we got a decent car in good condition. The buying transaction was quick and relatively painless. When a few issues popped up shortly after buying the car (check light, oil leak), the dealership quickly fixed them without additional cost or argument. All of the dealership team members were courteous and effective in getting their jobs done. I contrast this to my experience a week earlier in trying to buy another used Corolla from a Hyundai dealer that ended in our returning the car due to false advertising. All of our dealings to date with Tufankjian Toyota suggest that this dealership has integrity and follow-through.

My Review of Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree:
Aside from one hiccup in financing,which was promptly corrected,the experience was painless and professionally executed efficiently.There were no high pressure tactics,no gimmicks,no trickery..just a good purchasing experience.I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't want,I was impressed especially in that regard.They were also very competitive in pricing if not the best.(I did my homework and shopped around)
The dealership even handled the entire registration process on site.No trip to the registry,nothing,they did it all and in a timely manner as well.Nice.

Of notable metion:

Benson Onwuamaebu-the salesman who was on top of everything,never tried to pressure me and for that I'm happy to recommend his service.

Walace Langame-the business manger who smoothed out the single hiccup in financing...went the extra mile to get us competitive financing.

That said everybody I dealt with (Carlos Ortega,Scott Brothers,etc..)were friendly and never pressured me.I'd also like to thank those supporting team members who processed the transanction but I never met face to face.Never was the process back upped,good job everybody.

My lease on my 2005 Kia Amanti was running out so I was looking around for something to replace it. I dropped by this dealership and was impressed from the beginning with the friendliness of everyone I had contact with and their willingness to find a car with the color and options I desired. They did.

i recently bought a '09 camry from toyota of weymouth, which moved to braintree, and the experience was nice, mike owens was my sales person and was very friendly and helpful, and answer any questions i had...the new store is beautiful as well, and i love my camry!!

The sales guy was a clown. Operated on assumption that I was stupid. Not the right way to treat a customer. Really high pressure, shifty eyes and fake unnecessary conversation. Why would one tout his own integrity?? This man was training their new associates, too - yikes!!<br>He had thank you letters posted all over his cubicle - I really hope those customers enjoyed their experience. <br><br>Will never go back.

My Review of Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree:
Had oil changed-filter was not tighened,. lost oil. No aplolgy and did not clean mess on engine. Had motor steam elswhere. On another visit for drivers window not opening, they said I needed complete window regulator for over $300. I refused . Stopped at auto body shop on way home. They fixed window in 20 minutes. He said outside mirror had been clipped by another car and misaligened window track. Cost was $20. You be the judge.
