My Review of Tustin Mazda:
My wife and I would highly recommend Tustin Mazda. Because of the lack of inventory in the Bay Area, we elected to travel to Orange County to purchase the vehicle. Jesus picked us up from the airport (child/car seat and all) and took us to the dealership. The condition of the vehicle was as-described if not better and there were no unpleasant surprises. Had my wife and I not deliberated on the purchase and had roof racks installed on site, we could have been in and out within about an hour. Jesus and Jeff were extremely accommodating and made our purchase a pleasant experience. Again - excellent job by the staff at Tustin Mazda.

My Review of Tustin Mazda:
Purchased a CX-9 from Tustin Mazda. Great experience. I've purchased 12 other cars in my life from lots of different dealers. The sales person at Tustin Mazda, Marcos Rodriquez, had great product knowledge, the people there are "car guys" who seem to enjoy being in the car business and knowing about what they sell. As a note, at a different dealer, among a host of other mistakes the sales person couldn't tell the difference between an '09 and a '10 model on his lot, I had to point it out.

At Tustin there was no pressure at all. Very friendly. They explained what factory rebate programs were currently running. Got a great deal and will go back and talk to them about my next car.

I would highly recommend this dealer!

I have nothing but good things to say about Tustin Mazda. Our salesman, Joe Rosales was very pleasant and fun to deal with. He knew a lot about the vehicle I purchased, and did not try to sell me a vehicle or options which I did not want. The price was fair, particularly when the quality of the vehicle is considered. The paperwork was done quickly but thoroughly by Francisco. Despite it being relatively late, Joe took quite a bit of time to teach us about the car. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Tustin Mazda.

Brandon was the sales person we dealt with and he did an excellent job. Brandon was not just looking out for himself and trying to make money but was looking out for our interest and the best deal. He was very thorough in all areas, pricing,features,maintenance etc. He was friendly, funny and very nice to work with. I am definately going to refer all my friends and family to Brandon and Tustin Mazda. It was a great experience!

My Review of Tustin Mazda:
I recently went through the rigamarole of the cash for clunkers program, and I wound up buying a Mazda 3 for two reasons. Foremost, Shaun McCray at Tustin Mazda was a good salesperson and represented Mazda well. He sold me on the car. Second, the salespeople at the other dealerships I looked at were less impressive. When one guy was driving me off the lot for a test drive, and he was all hunched over the wheel and squinting, I thought "You look like you should be driving this car, not me."

A Toyota salesman actively tried not to sell me cars. "You don't want to see the Scion, because the Scion is what the Scion is. I'm not going to discount it, so you don't want to see it." No kidding!

Shaun McCray at Tustin Mazda didn't break out any magic tricks or get the car up on two wheels or anything. He was a nice dude who showed me the car I wanted to see, and explained why he thought it was the best car for me. It isn't rocket science, but you'd never know that from visiting some of the other dealers in the Tustin Auto Mall.

We visited 2 other Madza Dealers and I have to say save your time and visit Tustin first and ask for Joe Rosales. Purchased Mazda3 s Sport 5 Door. Selected this car over Subaru Outback Impreza, Honda Civic and Toyota Camry. The current interest rates another big factor.

Joe Rosales was our salesman. He was pleasant, helpful and fun to deal with. He was able to put me into a 2010 CX9 when I thought I'd have to buy a 2009. Joe went the extra mile for me to make the deal and I truly appreciate all his efforts. I would definitely recommend Tustin Mazda and Joe Rosales!!

My Review of Tustin Mazda:
I purchase a new car just about every two years. The experience I had with the sales person, Marcos was the best I have experienced in the last 8 years. I really wasn't sure I even wanted a Mazda and was just comparing it to other vehicles. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made my wife and me very comfortable. I was never pressured but I was well informed. Marcos knew his product very well and how it stacked up to the competition. They even offered me to take the car for the day before I made a decision. I decided the next day that I would buy the car but the car was already sold. They found me a similar car at the same price within one day. I got a new 09' CX-9 at a price that was almost the same as a used 08'. I felt the price for the quality was better than the competition.

I left the dealer in under an hour with the car I wanted, at a great price, with no dealer tricks or pressure. I appreciated the effort and concern by the salesman for my customer satisfaction. I also liked that most of the communication was done via email.
