My Review of Tuttle Click Dodge:
Tuttle Click Dodge Irvine, CA 5/11/09 10:30 am.

Let me start off by saying that this is my 3rd visit, each time getting steadily worse! I own a Sprinter van which can only be serviced by 5 star dealerships which limits my options as to whom I can have actually work on this particular vehicle. Typical dealership set up (1) they are your best friend when you purchase the vehicle (2) After the first service the friendliness and customer service goes away (3) after about the third time you go back in, you're wondering why you ever gave these A'holes any of your money and time to begin with!!! These guys treat you like crap the minute you walk into the service department. Each time you walk in, there are about 8 guys standing in front of their computers, some engaged in discourse with one another, others staring into their monitor's as if in a trance. I had to wait about two minutes before introducing myself and my intentions. Then I was given the "put out" treatment by asking to see a service specialist who works on the Sprinter van series. Upon setting up a service estimate, I was then directed to the cashier who treated me like it was quite a bother for her to get off her large hind quarters and get me a pager so I can be located once my vehicle was ready. Upon waiting outside in the service bay for my vehicle, I observed several atrocities that I will now mention. (1)Two of the "service team" members thought it amusing that a elderly gentleman having his car serviced, was having a hard time moving his vehicle and found it better to mock him instead of helping the guy out. (2)A "service team" member walked away from a older woman who was trying to get his attention, and then while she followed him into the service center he let the door close on her as she tried to compose herself and keep from bursting into tears. Mind you, this all happened within a course of about 50 minutes right in front of me. Class Act!!! Finally, my vehicle is ready and "Bertha" comes out from her desk to get me to pay so I can be on my way. I am paying the cashier and I ask the "lot guy" to bring the vehicle forward. He looks at me as if I spit on him, and turns right back to the cashier and engages in some secret conversation that only the two of them know about. So I pay, get my receipt, move my vehicle out of the bay with not so much a thank you, apology, or explanation. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT bring your vehicle here to service!!!
These guys(Tuttle Click) still think its the "boom years" of the economy and every clown who used there house as a credit card is coming in off the street to purchase a vehicle from them. Clearly it shows in there attitude and general disdain for the customer who comes to them an expresses concern for his/ her needs about their vehicle. How dare a elderly person move to slow at their dealership. These guys are "hot s@#t, on a paper plate" they've got places to go an conversations to have among themselves. I guess if you move to slow, you'll get a door in your face. It's no wonder that Chrysler has the troubles it has with A'holes like this servicing the product. Don't take my word for it, go down there yourself and witness the majesty of the "service team" at Tuttle Click. In case you can't figure which guys i'm talking about, just go into the service bay and observe the balding, bloated, rude, condescending, "went nowhere with their lives" losers who will be glad to be of service.

My Review of Tuttle Click Dodge:
Did not get authorization from me for estimate of repair work.

Said I had a dead battery even though I had just charged the battery the week before. Had no record of the fact that I purchased the batery (actually 2 batteries) at that same dealership 2.5 years ago.

Charged me $110 just to tell me that the windshield washer was not working due to the multifunction switch in the steering column. They wanted $495 just for the switch and another $200 to install the switch. I think I'll live without the washer spray.

Charged me $556 just to replace the starter motor. Are you kidding me?????
