My Review of Twin City BMW :
Todd, the service manager, was one of the worst customer service employees. I took my car here on several occasions and each time Todd was a complete and total jackass. My complaints began when my CD changer stopped working. I asked them to look at it when I took it in for service. My car was returned and there was no mention of the CD Changer, so I asked Todd what had happened. Todd said they hadn't done any work and Todd refused to check to see if the wiring was bad because "his techs would have to completely take apart my trunk" and BMW wouldn't pay for them to do that and he told me I certainly wouldn't want to pay for that. I kindly informed him that it takes about ten seconds to gain access to the area of the trunk in question, that I had already done it, and in fact, that it was accessible at that very moment (apparently they hadn't even looked in my trunk). The next time I came in I had a bent strut. Todd quoted several thousand dollars, but I had already had an estimate done for less than a thousand. When I asked him where all the extra money came in, and asked specifically what needed to be replaced, I was told "There's a lot of stuff down there." Outraged by an estimate which was roughly 600% of the other one I had received, I gave Twin City bad marks when BMW called me to find out about my service. About two weeks later, I had a pump replaced under warranty and Todd questioned me about my rating of Twin City, which he had pulled up on his computer. I informed him that I had given an honest rating and the reasons why, and he asked me not to come back. I gladly obliged. Within a day, my AWD broke and I was suspicious. I called the General Manager who only asked me what I wanted him to do about all this. I told him Todd should not be working on BMWs. I assume he still is.
