I recently had an unpleasant experience with a salesman by the name of Mike Sloan at a local car dealership. Despite expressing interest in a particular vehicle and engaging in polite conversation, Mr. Slo by the name of Mike Sloan at a local car dealership. Despite expressing interest in a particular vehicle and engaging in polite conversation, Mr. Sloan became visibly upset and displayed a negative attitude when I informed him that I would not be making a purchase that day. His behavior left me feeling shocked and uncomfortable, and ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate that Mr. Sloan's actions tarnished what could have been a positive car-buying experience. In contrast, the dealership where I ultimately made my purchase provided excellent customer service and a stress-free environment. In conclusion, I cannot recommend working with Mike Sloan based on my personal experience. His lack of professionalism and inability to handle a potential customer not making a purchase on the spot left a negative impression on me. It is important for car dealerships and their salespeople to understand that building trust and providing a positive experience is crucial for building a long-term relationship with customers. More
