My Review of Tysinger Dodge/Mercedes Benz:
I brought my 2008 ram truck in to have a remote start installed. I was told it would take about 2 hours. It took them 10 DAYS to install a remote start. The Mechanic notes we received when we picked up the truck "Said they couldn't figure out how to get the computer system in the truck to work once they installed the remote start." The mechanics guessed at how to fix it. They lied to us and said someone was coming in from Detroit to fix it. When I called Dodge headquarters, they knew nothing of the problem. Take your vehicle here at your own risk.

My Review of Tysinger Dodge/Mercedes Benz:
I am so sick of this place that I cringe before I have to go. I purchased my car from them new in 2001. Dring the warranty period, of course I was more than pleased. However, since the warranty has been up they have been sticking it to me every which way they can. From $1300 for a Service B inspection/oil change. To a $250 key (the part was $75 the labor is $175 (I watched them and it took 20 minutes to synchronize and that was because the guy didn't know what he was doing).

I am not just griping, I was expecting high bills for service when I bought a mercedes, but when they look like they are just pulling prices out of the air. I can't help but see red. I have yet to pay less than $500 when I take it for a Service A (an oil change), a state inspection, or any other silly thing with the stupid warning lights go off.

Today, I have decided to get rid of my mercedes and definitely get a Infiniti/Acura/Cadillac/BMW anything but... Because I was just charged $240 for a battery plus the labor to put it in. WHAT????? I just can't trust them to be honest and the mercedes has too many problems to continue to pay $500 to $1500 every few months.

My Review of Tysinger Dodge/Mercedes Benz:
Never seemed to fix the problem. Service writer was okay. After 4 years of dealing with unsatisfactory service, we sold both Mercedes and went to BMW. Had little to do with the quality of car manufacturer all all to do with rotten service and management that seemed indifferent. Casey sevice is quantumly better than Tysinger.
