Horrible Horrible Horrible. I paid for my vehicle 6 weeks ago. Just six weeks ago and I already have radiator and thermostat problems that they are refusing to fix after they told me to take it to good year ago. High interest, high payment, THINK TWICE US Auto was able to get me in the vehicle of my choice with no problems. The sales guy that help me was really nice . I was able to pick any vehicle I wanted because of my income, so I chose a Cadillac SRX. Big mistake. Shortly after I purchased the vehicle my job changed. Making my payments on schedule became difficult. I contact the corporate office to see what options I had on trading or refinancing. There’s no refinancing, and trading this vehicle because it cost more than a new vehicle does. So I say think twice before buying from here. If your credit is okay, I would suggest going to major delearship or a buy here pay here, because regardless of your circumstances you are still obligated to pay. If payment isn’t made on the due date, you have for days before they disable your starter. So again I say make US Auto your last option. More

Sales people should make you feel like you've come to the right place. And we're here for you. What saved my experience there was my sales person, Ms. T. She was very thoughtful and helped me whenever I couldn't get or figure something out. I mean we all know that it's about sales and making your numbers. But she never made me feel like I was just another possible sale. She was very personable and helpful. The other thing however that I didn't like is. The way US Auto Sales just puts their customers in a car without really taking into consideration some concerns the customer might have. Things like not filling the gas tank. Or not caring that apart of the bumper on the car I'm purchasing from you is hanging off. I know this isn't a "regularly" car dealership so to speak. But it really felt as though. "Okay, we've got you now. Here's your car, here are your payments. Now be on your way." And the fact that the car was given to me dirty didn't help matters. So that's why I only gave 3 out of 5 stars. Again, my sales person, somewhat saved the whole experience! More
