My Review of United BMW:
On my first visit I did not think I will be driving out with a used car. Big John the used car finance manager bened over backwards for me to get in this car. I was truly satisfied and was back in a year to get CPO BMW. Again there was exceptional service from Big John and Kelvin who catered to my every need and wants.

My Review of United BMW:
Horrible - They are not honoring my signed "12 month Full maintenance program upgrade agreement." It was thrown in with my 42 month lease and they signed it, gave me a copy and are now saying hummm we do not have a record of that...I am here trying to find email addresses of United to complain to a person and to my surprise, nothing!!

My Review of United BMW:
Only if you have to go there due to convenience. I've started buying BMW's at the "other" dealer because they treat you like gold. At united I dare you to try to get a loaner car ( which you are suppose to be able to get with a reasonable appt time frame) or get a service guy on the line on the first try. They aren't all bad and the people are generally friendly but they are no better than American Car Dealer Service and when you pay more for BMW they set your expectations high at the sale that you'll be treated great. They use to be much better back in the mid to late 90's . Don't know what happened.

This is the best dealership in quality service available.I've taken my boss' car in for service on my own personal time just to keep him from going anywhere else.I bought my car used from somewhere else,but have been treated as if I purchased 10 cars from there.I won't even consider looking at another dealership or car manufacturer.

Had problems when I first had service at this dealership. However, since I summarized what I thought BMW service should be to the service manager, I have had the best service ever here.<br><br>Went to Global BMW once, never will again!<br><br>Artie is the BEST service person!
