My Review of Universal Nissan:
On March 26, 2004 After making my decision on the car I wanted and my paperwork was completed I requested for an appointment the following Monday to install LoJack, receive my car mats and have a few scratches to be removed. At 8:00 a.m. Monday I drop my car off for the final touches. I was quoted my car would be completed that same evening. Upon arrival that evening to pick up my car I discovered only the car mats had been placed inside the car, NOTHING else had been done. I was over whelmed and in shock my car was there over 8 hours and the ONLY thing your staff had done was put the mats in the car. I spoke with Van at your dealership and he asks to leave the car until the job was completed. Your staff estimated it would take a couple of days. Thursday I arrived back at your dealership to once again be disappointed the same scratches were on the car PLUS new additional scratches. I spoke with one of your sales managers requesting the information on the General Manager. I was told he was out of town for a week and they were not sure the date he would return. After being given the run around over and over again I ask for the owner of the dealership. Then all of sudden I’m approach by a gentleman from your staff whom did not properly introduce his self trying to assist me. At this point I was livid while speaking with the gentleman once again making promises to my satisfaction. Right now I’m disgusted with your staff. How can anyone on your staff be trusted due to all the false information prior? I ask for a business card of the gentleman I was then speaking with when presenting the card I read General Manager Bob Bailey who I had just been told was out of town. I was shock and more livid then before. At this point I wanted to return your Nissan Maxima but as a satisfied Nissan customer of the past I thought let me try and work with your dealership. Monday I received a phone call from your finance manager Joaquin informing me that Nissan would credit one month of my payments and all they needed was my signature. So now once again I’m having to return to your Universal Nissan Motors when I arrived Joaquin referred me to Tony another finance manager who inform me a new contact was drawn up from 73 months to 72 months because once again they made another HUGE mistake. I asked if I could contact him back Tuesday morning because I wanted to discuss this with my friend who was with me the first day of purchasing my car. Tony seemed to be a little unease about this and very demanding stating it’s a discount and less money. Joaquin asked if I had any more questions and why I couldn’t just give a signature. After explaining two more times it needed to be discuss with another party because it was a brand new contact. He responded to me that would be o.k. I just wanted to say I was very, very dissatisfied with the service your staff provided and also Mr. Bob Bailey was not professional and showed not one bit of concern about satisfying me or my car. I receive extremely poor and unacceptable service. As a customer I value satisfaction to ones needs and mine were not met instead of purchasing a new fully loaded 2004 Nissan Maxima I feel I like I purchase a used vehicle.
Contact/ AnnJohnson71@aol.com
Sincerely
Ms. Ann Johnson
