My Review of Valencia BMW:
Recently Purchased my new 335i through Julius at Valencia Bmw. Not only thoroughly happy with my car, my entire experience and subsequent dealings with julius have been phenomenal.
My most recent visit to the new dealership site, (bounds above the older one), julius set me up with my entire service stay, got me a great loaner for the day while they added the new fuel pump and for my problems updated my idrive software. Never once did I think they were not looking out for my best interests. Would definitely recommend over several other dealerships I have dealt with in the past, worth the extra drive for me.

My Review of Valencia BMW:
Does not have necessary parts in stock - Average of 3 visits before problem is fixed and service advisers do not listen when describing problems.

My Review of Valencia BMW:
Took my 540i in for oil service, check a/c,adjust hi beams. Told me a/c was empty,(worked fine, just asked to check), wanted to replace entire haedlight assys. @ $690. ea, and ran car through "Phase II", even thogh Rusnak said it was done. Claimed to replace parts that s/b under warranty, but charged me for.Tried to charge me $1500 for this, but settled for $1100 under court threat,. Tore off metal oil filter housing from mounts and simply closed hood and left flopping around engine. Knocked vacuum hose loose, creating "whistle" and rough idle, and offered to fix it for more $$$$. Horrible service, unprofessiional, dishonest. BMW of North America refuses as always to return any correspondance what so ever..Wonderful car, horrible, terrible company and dealerships. This is the second dealership, and the second disaster. Would never buy another!!!

My Review of Valencia BMW:
From my first contact until I received my 325i Valencia BMW was excellent. After test driving at Valencia I peformed an internet search of 7 dealers, prices ranged from $39,990 to $38,350 with the best price at Valencia. I ordered my car in September and picked it up November 1st, Curtis and Rece from the internet department were great in explaining all the functions and helping me take possession. I've purchased many cars in my 50 years of driving and this may have been my best experience. And the car is awsome.

My Review of Valencia BMW:
I went to my local BMW dealer for a new X3. I wanted to trade in my 99 323I with 88K miles in excellent condition. I know KBB value for my 323I except when they appraised my 323I it was far below KBB and did not want to deal with me. I even gave them three chances to make a deal but no returned calls. The best part is I have my new X3 and received KBB value for my 323I. Sad part no tax money is going to serve my community. FYI they also lost the sale of my 323I because they could not match another dealers deal. BEWARE!

My Review of Valencia BMW:
i recently bought a car from this dealership and was referred to them by a friend. i was very happy with my car, however, there were some things that i found out later on that i was quite disappointed with. firstly, when it came time to sign papers, the sales price was extremely higher than was was discussed. i then threw a mini-fit and told them that this was a deal breaker. i was paying cash and not financing. so this definitely put a damper on my mood as i left the dealership.

when i bought my car, not all the keys were provided. i bought a used certified pre-owned and was told that since it was used, it only came with 2 keys. however, after taking my car to get serviced at another dealership, i later found out that this wasn't the case. in addition, i had the wrong user manual, missing flashlight, jack (which i still don't have to this day), etc. some of the things were sent to me by my sales guy but i think it's interesting that you will get a different answer depending upon which dealership you go to. the biggest dissappointment was that i asked him about the model of the car. he was adamant that the model and style of the car would not change. however, i recently found out that the model and make of my car is coming out with a brand new style next year (325i). its hard for me to believe that he didn't know about this "new style".

my feelings are mixed b/c i like the sales guy but it definitely wasn't a smooth process. a week or two after i got my car, one of the lights blew out so i had to take it to the dealership. then just yesterday, something went horribly wrong w/ the ac (it would just blow hot air at a max). i then took it in to get serviced at another bmw dealership - south bay, which i have heard horror stories about too.

My Review of Valencia BMW:
I live 1.5 hours away. I called the Internet salesman that I was driving up from Bakersfield. He said ok, I'll be waiting. He calls me right after I exit I-5 to McBean at Magic Mountain and said that the car was sold already. I wasted 1/2 tank gas and 4 hours of my life for his nucklehead move. He did not even offer to buy me gas! What a dork. Needless to say I am going to buy from someone else.

My Review of Valencia BMW:
Reese doesn't know much about the technical side of the cars. What is he doing in the his position? He is trying to act like a "pro" while you feel he is not the righ guy. I also overheard him talking about another customer (a lady) and pointing out how stupid she was!
Obviously he took some sales training as he was pushing to jack me up of more than $3000 to perform some service that wasn't needed.
I know I am not the first customer who decides to go to another dealer in San fernando Valley until Reese is relocated in a long vacation
