My Review of Valley Honda:
Horrible. Every Sale Nightmare - and all the bad sales tactics.
First - I was given a quote on the phone only to come in and find that was a "mistake". (After talking to several dealers later- that is not a mistake, but a trick to get you in there. It almost worked.)
Then - spent hours while Don the sales manager re-did the quote. Which, was the same price as the honest guy down the street had already offfered me. The only reason I stayed was because they did the auto-start and the other dealer didn't.
Then I signed the deal - gave the deposit .. and THEN they started taking things off the car. Upset again .. out comes Don again ... more hours of "dealing". It felt horrible - so I left feeling weird and wanted to think about it.
Found someone I liked much better the next day. But, wait, it gets better... Called to get the deposit back .. no return call - 3 times - 3 days. Finally got Brian and asked to refund the deposit - but he 'can't' unless I come back in. Left another message for someone to call me about that too. No call back.
Called again, asked for the owner.. got a receptionist with a attitude that REFUSED to let me talk with the owner. Even though I left my number for the owner to call me ... Don the sales pro called me back .. all mad ... only asking for my credit card number .. and hung up.
Do not buy from them .. look at the other reviews... all the same... mis-quote - took stuff off the car... clearly this is why the owner won't talk to you. ... everyone is mad. Which is crazy - honda is a good car - no need for this behavior. Find a good dealer.
