My Review Of Valley Mitsubishi:

My husband and I drove almost 400 miles from MD to OH to buy a very specific 2012 Mitsubishi Elipse, and the team at Valley Mitsubishi were great to work with. They wouldn't budge on their advertised price, but it was an awesome price compared to similar cars out there with higher miles or less options, so I appreciated the fact that they put their bottom line number out there up front. After driving 300+ miles, the car was ready when we got there, and so was the paper work, which meant that we were able to get back on the road quickly with our new car. The car was gorgeous, and the deal was exactly as we had agreed to on the phone - they even filled up the gas tank! When I pointed out a large scratch on the interior of the driver's door, they couldn't have been more willing to make it right by swapping the door panel with an identicle car that they had on the lot! My hisband and I love our new car, and we were very pleased with the way that Jarrod, Tim and Amy of Valley Mitsubishi treated us. Thanks guys!!

My Review Of Valley Mitsubishi:

i am going to treat these people exactly how i was. here is my story:
1/3/13 - called about particular car, salesman (Jared Long)said that the car has a pending sale, he also informed me if the deal falls through he will contact me back. so i said sure and forgot about the car thinking most likely the buyer will buy or credit checks out. i kept looking for other cars and forgot about this car.
1/5/13 - Jared Long contacted me about the car to see if i was interested. and i said yeah, of course let's do whatever it takes to hold the car for me until the following weekend. i live 6 hours away from this dealership. so he said ok, we'll do a deposit on monday.
1/7/13 - gave my credit card#/ss# and other info. and he said that it'll $500 for deposit. i said let's do it, he said that the car will be on hold until saturday (1/12/13). later on that night he called and we discussed some rough #'s about my trade in value and monthly payments. there were some disagreement their but i said that i'll be more comfortable about the figures when i get there and see the car. oh btw, also applied for a credit application and was denied that priviledge for approval as well.
Following days i keep trying to contact Jared Long to see if credit application was approved (i have really good credit) he just kept trying to avoid me. not returning phone calls to check to see if i'm still interested. at this point i knew exactly what was going on, and then 4 days later, the day before i was supposedly to drive 6 hours to go see the car, another salesman Tim Walick said that the car has been sold. WTF!!!! i thought i made the deposit??? he had his excuses and tried to apologize but i really don't a .... about it, I WANT THE WORLD SEE HOW THIS PLACE DO BUSINESS. SHADY SHADY SALES PEOPLE, NO INTEGRITY, NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WASTED A WEEK OF MY TIME, WHEN A SIMPLE PHONE CALL ON THE 1ST OR 2ND DAY WOULD'VE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT THE CAR HAS SOLD, BUT INSTEAD I WAS THE FALL BACK GUY JUST INCASE THE FIRST BUYER DIDN'T WORK OUT. SHADY BACK DOOR SCHEMEING PIGS. LET IT BE KNOWN, I WILL RE-POST THIS OVER AND OVER.
EAT FECES VALLEY MITSUBISHI!

regards,
a concern consumer

My Review Of Valley Mitsubishi:

Recently purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer from this Dealer. The salesman I dealt with was Jason Morgan. As part of the deal cross bars were to be installed, back seat cleaned and a rattle fixed. After 3 calls the car was taken back to the dealership and the rattle was fixed. Jason told me that the cross bars had been ordered and back seat would cleaned. I had mention to Jason that I was planning a trip to Florida and that I would need title to obtain plates, the cross bars installed and cleaning taken care of ASAP, as agreed. This would be no problem, according to Jason. As time passed and many phone calls later I was told the cross bars were lost in shipment would be ordered again and would be delivered a couple days, again I told Jason that I still had not received title to obtain plates and the 30 day tag would expire in a week. He assured me that he would check and get back to me. I never did hear from him. I fortunately called Amy O'Donnell who said she would check for me. Amy did call about 5 days later and said she had the title and that I could pick it up. I went to the dealership and while there asked Jason if cross bars had arrived, again the answer was no, even though he had promised repeatedly that they would be delivered in a few days. I had checked before going and found that crossbars were available, 15 minutes away, in stock at Valley Ford in Brunswick OH. At that point I asked to speak to the Manger. I met with Chris McGrew who on the spot wrote me a check to cover the cost of the crossbars, he apologized for the in convenience and told me to bring the car back at my convenience to have the back seat cleaned. Jason Morgan's behavior is one of the reasons that car salesman have a poor reputation. I would strongly suggest that if you decide to buy a car at this Dealership you avoid Jason Morgan at all costs, if not for Amy and Chris I would still be waiting.

My Review Of Valley Mitsubishi:

My daughter purchased her first car from this dealership; a 2009 Suzuki awd manual, cute litle car. I (mom) co-signed for the loan. Purchased car on friday night and she did think she was going to be able to drive it since it was a manual and called monday morning about bringing it back for another car that was an automatic, was told no, sorry, you gotta keep it, paperwork's already been done, etc. Received a call several weeks later, they lost our down payment of $1,000. (apparently, the paperwork had not been done!) Luckily it was a check! Mark made it seem like I was the bad guy, wasn't willing to discuss anything about the car, other than "you owe us $1,000!". He acted like them losing the check was my fault, no apology, nothing. I asked him if they would give us what we paid for the car, if we brought it back in to trade for something else and all Mark would say is "oh, you got a great deal on the car" Well, if I got such a great deal on the car, wouldn't you think he could tell me what he would give for a trade in. Something is probably wrong with the car, which is why they do not want to consider taking it back. I've since sent another check and it's been over a week now and I've made several phone calls because the check hasn't been cashed once again! No return phone calls! I called twice today (09-15-12) and was told they would call me back, and I've heard nothing! These people are idiots and very hard to deal with, not willing to work with you at all; especially after you drive the car off their lot! No idea how they stay in business. This is the second car my family has purchased from them within 6 months and we will never go back there again! I have yet to know if they received my check, lost it again, who knows??? I would recommend you go somewhere; anywhere else, to buy a car!

My Review Of Valley Mitsubishi:

I recently just graduated and felt as if my gas was getting too expensive on my previous vehicle; I was looking to either purchase/ lease a vehicle. I went into Valley Mitsubishi and looked at the Lancer ES (Beautiful color) as well as another 2011 Eclipse. The great gas mileage really swayed me however, towards the Lancer. The people were able to make me feel very comfortable and made my first lease on this car less scary, considering I am a first time car owner. Tim Walick( the Sales Manager) was able to allow flexibility on how much my down payment was, as well as Joe and Amy assisted in making my visit very pleasant via speedy and quick service with good humor. I really enjoyed the experience and walked out pleased with my car payment monthly as well as the service I had recieved! Amy also suggested that I purchase a fuel door accessory , which really bolstered the appearance of my car! I definately know where I am headed once my lease is up! I highly recommend Valley. Five star rating.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from this dealership. I traded my old car for a new Outlander and I absolutely love it so far. Every employee there was very helpful. I will definately refer the dealership to friends and family.

My Review Of Valley Mitsubishi:

We saw a nice used vehicle online that we wanted to test drive. We visited the shop, drove it, and wanted the vehicle. It took them hours to come up with figures for us, so we left and gave them our number to call us back with the figures. They never called...the next day we received an email from Doug asking if we were still interested?? I replied that we were, and we were just waiting on payment options. He emailed me back and said that the finance dept doesn't open until NOON everyday and he would call back in a few hours. When he finally called back, we were not impressed with the payments, told him what we would like to spend and he said he would get back to us. Doug never called us back. About a week later we got another email from him asking us if we were still interested in the vehicle...I checked online and they dropped the price by $5000, but Doug still never called us. I replied to his email to say we still were interested and to please call us! We still have not heard from Doug or anyone from Valley. I have never had to chase anyone down before for a car, it's a shame they don't have better customer service because we were definitely going to make a purchase!

My Review Of Valley Mitsubishi:

I came into Valley Mitsubishi to lease a new 2012 Eclipse. After 2 hours of test driving and filling out credit applications, I was told Mitsubishi did not have any leases available and that I might as well buy the vehicle. If this was told to me in the first place, I would not have had to waste the dealership's time. I contacted Stephanie through the internet page and asked her about lease deals even before I came in. She did not answer my question and told me to "come in and discuss lease options". My sales consultant, Tim, was very nice and he was new. But I felt the dealership was trying to wear me down, hoping that I'd like the car enough to purchase it. Just be honest upfront, I will respect you more. I would probably not recommend the dealership for this reason.
