My Review of Valley Motors:
They were wonderful. So nice and they really worked with us. I used to deal with R&H but they are game players and Tina was honest with us from the start. The other salesmen played with our children while we discussed the deal and everything from there was smooth. The finace manager frank was wonderful as well, there was an issue and he worked it out and we were out of there in an hour with a total explaination of the car. Thanks Valley!!!!

My Review of Valley Motors:
Broke parts or electrical connections on our Audi while in the Service Department on more than one occasion. Audi service took three trips to replace a part it broke on an earlier service. Failed to perform activities on the scheduled interval checklists. Service writers smile and are attentive, but some have no clue about maintaining/servicing machines, so a) don't understand your comments or questions and b) fail to ask for clarification or follow up. The one really, really good service writer (Sylvia) got transferred to one of the dealer's other brands at the building next door.

My Review of Valley Motors:
Overall favorable experience. The service staff is friendly and tries to do right. Isuues exsist such as a longer than expected time to diagnosis a problem and in one case, a failed transmission and controller , it took 4 trips to solve the problem. I have been a customer for 20 years and I would go back, although the pricing on new cars is strict.

My Review of Valley Motors:
One of the most arrogant Mercedes dealers I've ever encountered. Their attitude is that "The customer is always wrong". Repairs are often not completed correctly the first time, often vehicles are kept overnight, because the service department is too busy to complete them in one day. Skill level of most technicians is sub-standard. Not the best.
