She always had a smile and it was so pleasant talking with her. She even helped to pair my phone and showed me the controls in the car. She also follows up with her customers afterwards which is pretty cool. I also want to mention Covenant Cook. Although she was not the person that assisted me in purchasing my vehicle, she was the first person to greet my family and I. She even opened the door for us when we were going into the sales floor and I thought that was really nice and it was appreciated. I've bought a Subaru at Valley before, but this was the first time that I just had such a nice experience buying a car here. I highly recommend seeing Tori if you're in the market for a Subaru. More

Very polite, professional Jeremy was a fairly new employee, but we liked him. He was polite, professional. One item that did upset us - your inspection sheet showed one door dent on drivers side, while the passenger door was covered in big, significant door dents, and nothing was noted on your inspection report. I find this completely unsatisfactory and feel these dents were hidden purposely. This is NOT PROFESSIONAL and we are rather angry about this situation. They were informative, timely, and made sure I got the best deal possible. The buying process can be lengthy and grueling at times, but never once did I feel that way while at Valley. As I drove the car off the dealers lot after the bra was installed, I noticed a bubble on the hood. Upon checking said bubble, I found a piece of the clear bra material stuck to the hood of the car between the hood scoop and the windshield. I went back to the dealership and showed this to the sales manager Nic. After I got home I found installation TRASH in the trunk!!! As of this time I have NO!! confidence in the installation of the clear bra! I would suggest the dealer find another clear bar installer. I sincerely hope this is the only issue I have with this car. More
