My Review of Van Horn Chrysler Dodge:
My husband and I drove for two hours to reach this specific dealership. Because no one came out to help us I had to enter the building, ask a gentleman at a desk if he was a salesperson. He vaguely pointed in another direction and said _______must be in her office. I stood at her door as she was doing paperwork and waited for her to address me. After several minutes she finally looked up, but continued doing her paperwork, and asked if there was something I wanted. I was trying to keep my composure so finally asked her if she was busy. She replied she was, but was I interested in a car. I replied that we had driven two hours to get there and yes, we were interested in a car. She said she had this paperwork to finish, but would be outside in a few minutes. We waited for about 15 minutes. She did not come outside so we finally left. If this was an indication of the service we would receive if we bought a vehicle there, we wanted no part of it.
