Not a happy Ram customer after purchasing 4 Rams from Vann. I have the very common and known issue of the leaking 3rd brake light. It’s very clear as you can see the condensation in the lamp. Due that the truck is 3.5 years since original purchase and not a safety issue, it is not under warranty. Dealer wants to charge me $160 to diagnose and then the part is $518. This is a truck that was certified and I purchased just 6 months ago. More

I had previously working with the Swedesboro NJ Chrysler location. To say the least, there service, communication and follow through was probably the worst I hadn't ever worked with.
