My Review Of Vann York Toyota:

I had a great experience at Vann York Toyota. Worked with Terrence East and he made sure I was being provided with best service possible. Took me on a small tour and told me about each department and their roles, even set my first appointment for my new car. He was very professional and detailed oriented. Vinny took his time with me and made sure all the finance was taken care of. Both of them made me feel like they were there to help me find a car that's suitable for me, not to sale me something. I'm very satisfied with the experience at Vann York and I'll recommend Terrence and Vinny to all my family and friends.

I had a great experience because Richard went above and beyond. He made sure I got everything I asked for when I leased my new car. While it was being worked on he made sure I had a car to drive.

The service was very good and the price was very reasonable. however, the cleanup job is not too good. It would be better if it was cleaned properly one more time..

Richard was very helpful in helping us find the best car for our money. We never felt any pressure, and we believe he sincerely wanted to be the most help for us as possible. We are very pleased with our new car. We hope we will enjoy it as much as we have our previous Highlander.

Service was great. Really friendly employees. Only draw back was that the car detail could have been more thorough. There were visible scratches and marks on the interior that could have been removed.

I have purchased 2 vehicles in 2 years from Vann York Toyota. Having dealt with many dealerships over the years, I appreciate the relaxed friendly atmosphere at this dealership. I feel like they want my business not just now but in the future also and show it by their outstanding service and efforts to give me a good deal on my purchases. Fred Cook is very knowledgeable of the product he sells and has been an important part of the overall good experience I have had with Vann York. I may shop other dealerships, but when it comes time to purchase I plan to end up at Vann York.

While being very professional, Terrence was "down to earth". He was polite and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions. He was very thorough. I feel I received a good deal on my Camry. I would recommend Van York to friends and family.

Terrence and the sales manager stayed with me through the entire process working with me to make sure I got a car I liked and could afford. Terrence followed up with me from my first inquiry and through the end of the sale. Changed my mind about car salesmen! :-)

my schedule is crazy. i came by at odd times and missed some appointments. i changed my mind on the car that I wanted after one was prepped and ready. Charles never batted an eye, he was always friendly and helpful, got cars for me to check out and drive, and got everything I wanted, with a price that was right where i needed it. I ended up in a iQ and love it. I have nothing but praise for all the guys at Vann York.
