This is HANDS DOWN the best experience I've had in any dealership. The people were so kind it was scary. The salesman wasn't pushy and made me feel as if I was actually the kind of person he wanted to put into a nice car, rather than make a sale. The hostess was sweet enough to prepare and bring coffee, in a clean, capped cup, which I left on the desk of the Vlad, the salesman, as I test drove the MKZ. I was impressed mostly by the lack of gear shift handle; its all-
pushbotton interior is big titties.
Its unfortunate I cannot afford this breathtaking machine. But after I get my financial poop in a group, I have every intention of returning.

It was good to know that working at ford for over 35 years and being dealt one of lifes bad blows Karen and Varsity Lincoln went the extra mile for me to lease a vehicle.

Great customers service. Always make you feel important and part of their family. I used a few dealership, but this one is far the Best in Metro Detroit Area! Strongly recommend! You would never buy a car from anyone else!!!!

I bought pre owned SUV from this dealer (less than 50K Mile) and I was promised with excellence service because we are the best dealer in town as the sales guy lied to me. I Paid for the vehicle (My mistake to trust them), when vehicle delivered, it had lots of major issues to some extend that a trustful dealer won’t carry this vehicle for sale in their parking lot. The vehicle looked great from out/in. I called them to help me with the warranty that they offered, then I got nothing, but more lies and poor service. Althogh I asked if the vehicle has any major issues, but I was told NO, we are the best dealer in town and you should not worry, we are the best dealer in town. My sales guy was Mike Pytel.
Issues were in the vehicle;
1. Leak in AC
2. Steering Gear
3. Bad strut
4. Other hidden issues.

Karen has been my salesperson for 10 years and she always treats me very well. I have never stayed loyal to any one salesperson or dealer till I met karen. she is by far the most caring and professional car salesperson I have dealt with in my 20 something years of buying and leasing of automobiles. I have referred all of my family to karen, she was able to get my youngest daughter a new ford fiesta from varsity's ford store in ann arbor mich to our home in wixom michigan....and the best part is she can get the vehicle serviced at varsity's lincoln store in novi mich....do yourself a favor and contact Karen Sabatini at varsity for your next vehicle.

I highly recommend Karen Sabatini and this dealership. Varsity Lincoln was willing to offer me $1000 more on a trade in of a Lincoln LS, and she was working on a Saturday! She is knowledgeable, incredibly nice and extremely dedicated. She has even offered to pick up my car from Grosse Pointe if it ever needed major service.

In thirty years of shopping for new cars, I have never met a more dedicated and friendly professional. Even though this dealership is more than an hour from where I live, I will probably by my next car from them--if they give me a good deal, of course.:-)
