My Review of Veracom Mitsubishi:
I live in Sacramento and recently saw an add on Craigslist for 2003 Mitsubishi Montero. I called the dealership and spoke to Sam and we agreed to a price of $15500.
I told him that I live in Sacramento 2 hours away from the dealership. I wanted to make sure that the vehicle is clean and no major problem. We drove to dealership and I was very disappointed. This vehicle had lots of scratches, sunroof does not work properly, left front brake or shock makes a koncking sound and no floor mats.
When I showed these problems to Sam, he said this is a used vehicle and I am giving you a good price so I will not fix anything.
I am sure he was aware of these very obvious problems and could have mentioned to me so I did'nt have to drive almost 5 hours.
But again we are dealing with car sales people, they simply dont have any moral values. They can lie, cheat and misrepresent any things to make few dollars.
My advice to Sam and other dealers that dont hold the peeny so close to your nose that you are unable to see the dollar bill. All you dealers should believe in repeat customers.
