The owner of the Dealership, Perry Osman, delt with me directly during my purchase of a new Navigator. I have never before had a owner of a Dealership get involved in a transaction just to make sure that I was happy with my buying experiance.

My Review of Vic Osman Lincoln-Mercury Jeep:
they are really bad, never have the right parts in stock, take forever to get the parts in. Transfer you to the wrong people, hang up on you by mistake. they had my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokeee Laredo Limited for 2 1/2 days and didn't correctly diagnose the problem, after the problem came back and I returned, they diagnosed it and didn't have the parts in stock. I was told several times that they would call me back to advise me when the part would come in, but I had to call them every time. Finally, I went to jimmie Vickers Jeep in Merrit Island and in one visit they fixed the problem, and had the parts in stock. Jimmie vickers noticed that my front brake rotors need to be turned and the calipers replaced. Vic Osman's service dept di not say one word about that problem!

My Review of Vic Osman Lincoln-Mercury Jeep:
Went here after two unpleasant experiences with Kelly Ford and Palm Bay Ford. Not only could Palm Bay Ford not quote my car for bodywork, they managed to screw up a serpentine belt installation. When I brought the car to Kelly Ford, they fixed the belt and quoted me almost $400 to take care of a scratch on the car (with a 4-6 week wait for an appointment). I became fed up and drove over to Vic Osman and in ten minutes I had a much more reasonable quote with less than a 2 week wait. I was also introduced to the service manager who was very pleasant. Definately a more high-class, respectable dealership.
