The dealership is local, so that’s why I would recommend it. There were a couple of things that I was disappointed in. We purchased a 25 Honda crv hybrid. The back hatch does not have a lift button inside the car. The salesman said I could just use my key fob instead. That is not true. It does not work, so the whole back hatch is manual. They were offering a gift with purchase. Initially I said I wanted the Blackstone. The very next day, we called our salesperson to say we changed our minds and wanted the $500 visa gift card instead. He assured us there was no problem and that he’d change that. When we picked up the car, we again said we wanted the gift card. We were told it would come to us in the mail after every teas documented This time it was who they refer to as “Big Mike”…he is the general manager. Just yesterday we got a call from Big Mike who was irritated that we refused delivery of the Blackstone. I refreshed his memory about changing the gift…the very next day after purchasing the car. He said to just come pick up the gift card at the dealership. When my husband went in to get the card, he actually rolled his eyes at another salesman and then gave Tim the card. This has left us with a very bad taste in our mouths for the general manager. We hope to receive all of our service there and definitely hope we won’t be treated poorly by those who work there. Our experience was good until yesterday. More
