The sales group was very friendly and thorough with explanations on most of the car features. They spent ample time with me so I could make a decision on the CR-V that I purchased. I should have reviewed the car-fax before negotiating. Did not realize it had been in an accident. The report did indicate that the damage on the front and side was minor. I called the night before and they told me when the service department would be in the shop. I came in first thing in the morning and they worked me, this was very convenient for me lifestyle and my da service department would be in the shop.
